Mine keeps coming out looking like crap, and it will be steaming hot crap with a side helping of craptastic crap if I don't get some wasp wings. Yet.) and I'm planing to design the decals on the weekend. I don't think I'll have the time to customize him next week but after that he should be finished. I've finished most of the sculpting and I've started to prime a few pieces. I imagine I'll be done in a few weeks, give or take. And just an overall update: we're going to go ahead with Luke's charity suggestion Books for Kids and I'd like to set the completion date (that being me receiving them in the mail) for June 19th. That gives everyone almost two more months to hammer these guys out, which I think is reasonable (if not, and you guys need more time we can always push it back). buttheadsmate Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 (edited) DAY 4: No problem with the cutting & trimming & the nurse said that she was impressed by the improvised tourniquet that I had used on my right arm. She sent me home with an enormous magnet & apparently the hobby-knife blade which still remains somewhere in my left arm will eventually be found. Minimates are somewhat tougher than I expected & I nearly had my damn eye out when the chain came off of the Husqvarna 30"Bar 2-stroke saw.
