The lack of unwindswept parts does blow (heh), but honestly, I can live with it. Especially Goblin considering it looks to be (mostly) symmetrical.

Yes you are correct on all parts! I used the Angel from the champions set for the arms and legs. They work great for Adam Strange because the red matches perfectly! I wish minimates had a more subtle jet pack. I need a more comic accurate look for the character as that angel chest block is way to expensive to risk messing up. I took some “artistic” licenses with this one haha

Good news, everyone -- we will not be changing the paint on these Minimates. They were fully researched early on, and colored the way they were colored for a reason, and they are well into production.

I'll QC a naked old lady using the NBX tub. 😂 We'd need a twelfth for 3x 4-packs. Probably easy enough to scare up another variant of Jack or Danny. [update after reflection] Or if it could be 2x 5packs, you could combine the Wendys in one release with "parts to make" each look. That way you'd get a Jack & Danny in each pack. Mabye split Wendy and Scatman.

If we “can’t” do an army builder Boxset straight out, I’d reco doing characters that *could be* army built without too much hassle to encourage multiple Boxset purchase. For example Fred: Crimson Guard, Raven: Plane Cobra, a BAT, Rock N Roll with pieces for Grunt and then a “Twin” with parts for a twin. A simple 4 pack that people would need at least two of with 3 characters that wouldn’t annoy you to have multiples.

ND to ND you’re not alone. My “grievances” are the spikes and the lack of unwindswept parts. Otherwise perfection.

This is a nice QC of Adam Strange. I may have to see if I can find the parts in my fodder to make one for myself. I see you used an Angel Chest block and hip section. Who's arms and legs did you use? The helmet is form Buck Rodgers and the jetpack from a Spiderman, correct?

The stuff with the blue/purple on Goblin's cape, yeah. I can see it. But Kaine? IDK. Maybe it's my neurodivergent ass not cooperating right, but I don't see the issue everyone has with the blue on Kaine. It's a little underdetailed, perhaps, but the color and application is fine. Really, the only thing he's missing, as others have noted, is the forearm spikes. The lack of them kinda blows, IMO, but it's not a major drawback for me when the incredible amount of effort taken with the rest of the figure's sculpting is taken into consideration.

The Luke's Toy Store solicitation says January '25 for the CS set.

When there was that Batman '66 renaissance in the mid-teens I had dreamt of an assortment of minimates. Now I think I would prefer minimates based off of the Filmation cartoons which followed the television show.

You can add me to list for anything '66 Batman .However I caved in ,some years back, & bought the Batman 66 series on Blu .....sad to say I really struggled watching it The Shining is just magnificent in my eyes , I can watch it again & again , Kubrick was one clever f*cker. A 'Shining ' 4 pack ? There are many many 'Shining' toys yet they almost entirely consist of the 3 characters ...Jack & The Grady Twins so who would you choose out of Danny or Wendy for the 4th ? After many years of searching I recently found & bought an Adler Universal 39 typewriter , absolutely identical to the main one (they used several apparently) used in the movie . Can you see how much I love the Movie ? Have I told you about my axe ?
