groundhog7s
Thanks for the heads-up! They also have box set 3 for sale - I wonder if that'll be showing up in stores... Probably not-it's one of their on-line only products offered through Entertainment Earth. Edited July 19, 2010 by groundhog7s
gambitron
Now the ready to believe set won't let you add it to your cart anymore so does that mean they are sold out online? Why does TRU say that this is a SDCC exclusive? I thought that was the slime blower set.
boyd
The Ghostbusters 2 slime-blower set is an SDCC exclusive for AFX. "We're Ready To Believe You" is a TRU exclusive.
buttheadsmate
I hate arguing with you Boyd but isn't it a TRU SDCC exclusive ?

sha_ckwave
Now the ready to believe set won't let you add it to your cart anymore so does that mean they are sold out online? Yeah WTF is up with that ? Says 'in stock' ready to ship in 1-2 business days... but there's no button to add the item to your cart ? fwoosheyman
The TRU SDCC items weren't supposed to go on sale until Wed (21st). They probably just disabled the buy option until then. Putting them up over the weekend was possibly a mistake.
storm 1:08
So can anybody’s TRU beat the one I visited yesterday with 45 GB sets? It was a sea of Slimy Theatres with the short packs still there. Last week they had a pool of about 10 Slimy Theatres pegwarming… So by my tally, at least 5 cases came in within 2-3 weeks. TRU believes in you GB! boyd
We've got about a dozen or so packs at my local TRU, the majority of which are Wave 3. We've only received one case of Wave 4 which went quick - there's only one lone Theater Ghost hanging around.
ufemizm
My "Ready to Believe You" set shipped today - fast! Edited July 21, 2010 by ufemizm
karamazov80
There was an army of Venkman/Slimers at my TRU the other day.
Jay Tigran
quite a few reports of shipping confirmations from GBFans & GB.N for the Ready to Believe boxset as well
GuruAskew
Sdcc/tru set was waiting when I went home at lunch. No time for pics but I can confirm that the only "hidden" parts are arms/coat for Dana. No civvies parts for the 3 guys.

GuruAskew
Just a PKE meter, the jacket piece and two blue-sleeved arms for Dana. The arms don't even have their own hands, not that they really need them. The thickness of the jacket puts a noticeable gap between the head and the body and the hairpiece sorta interferes with the jacket as well but if you can position it just right so it works it's definitely more visually interesting than having Dana sans Jacket. Not that that really matters as being visually interesting obviously wasn't what they were going for with this set. I'm sure they civilian designs will see the light as separate figures eventually. I sure hope so, I'm a little disappointed they didn't include the accessories they wore during the commercial they're referencing with this boxset though
fwoosheyman
Got my "Ready to Believe You" set in the mail today and it is a total disappointment. No ghost sniffer for Ray, no colander helmet for Lewis, nothing good at all. Don't bother buying this at full price, it's not worth it and will most likely be sold at TRU.com for $8 like the SDCC exclusive from last year is currently. MINI_MYTE
I just discovered a new something new about GB wave 4. Not only does the Statue of Liberty have a surprise under her toga, but GB2 Venkman has a brand new chest tampo under his chest cap. Unlike all the other GBs (who just have a black block with a touch of flesh color at the collar) Pete's chest decal depicts unbuttoned coveralls. I was just checking out MMDB and Ivan, you need to update this discovery. Enjoy the pics.

Hopefully the SDCC sets will have that as standard. A nice alternative for display.
CaptainChunk
That's a cool bonus, the little extra details are what keep me coming back to these.
captain_cbecker
My "We're Ready to Believe You" set arrived today - nothing exciting, but it's a cool theme. Glad I got these.
ufemizm
Got my set, and it's late so I had to use the flash, but I'm really happy with these. Yes, I think it would've been cooler to get some more specific accessories, but it's the portraits that I like the most. Mystery Man
Neat lookin set! And that surprise under the TRU Venkman is really neat as well. A shame they didn't think of that sooner!
MisterMiracle
I found the latest batch of Ghostbusters Mates today at TRU. I picked up the last Liberty set. Does anyone need these sets?
