I managed to add all the latest character to the "Player Selection Screen" last night after I came on here to save the pictures of all the entries so far (I hope I didn't miss any). jcastick
"Born and raised in a small tribal community, Thunder Cloud grew to become a great warrior amongst this fellow tribesmen. When his father had passed, he was chosen by his tribe to become their new Chief. After many years, everyone would agree that he was indeed the greatest and most admired of all the Elders. One day it was decided by him that it was time to go on a ritual Spirit Quest, this gives the chief time to reflect and receive guidance from the ancients. On his 4th night during his spirit quest, he had received disturbing images and warnings from his former elders. This caused him to hurry back to his tribe, only to find that everything was destroyed and every person slain. While walking around the rubble, he finds one of the Medicine Men still barely alive, he tells Chief Thunder Cloud it was a surprise attack and he had not seen who was responsible. With his final breath, the medicine man told the chief about a pair of mystical Tiger's Eye Bracelets that will give him unimaginable strength, power and wisdom. Chief Thunder Cloud found the small shrine just outside of the tribe's border and placed the bracelets around his wrists. Once he put the bracelets on, he was given the strength of a herd of buffalo, became twice as tall as he was and had been given all of the knowledge from his ancient elders. He was now prepared to find the group that destroyed his tribe and take revenge, allowing the spirits of his tribe and family to be free from their torment." I now present: Chief Thunder Cloud Powers: Superhuman Strength Increased Height Knowledge of the Ancients - allows summoning lightning, animal spirits, healing factor Finisher: Call of the Ancients
TM2 Dinobot
You should have given him a belt spacer and duck feet for added height. I love the detailing on the blanket though.
jcastick
It doesn't show up too well from the photo, but he is made from a LOTR Gandolf. Thanks for the comment!
Shamrock
"Dr. Irwin B. Miceon" Dr. Irwin B. Miceon's (Mice•ee•on) colleagues called him mad. Dr. Miceon called his colleagues a bunch of yellow bellied, [EXPLETIVE DELETED], cowards. He knew you couldn't let trivial things like public safety get in the way of your work, but the scientific community prevented him from conducting even his least lethal tests. Hearing of the great prize promised in The Tournament of Fighters, Dr. Miceon resolved to win. Knowing he's at a physical disadvantage against a group of mystical being and great warriors, Miceon uses his powers of SCIENCE! to take down those who get in his way; the most notable being the MiceonCo. Red-Powered Wrist-Mounted Negative Electromagnetic Resonance Inducer®, which emits a powerful blast of destructive red energy! With this technology, Dr. Irwin B. Miceon plans to take over the world

boyd
My second fighter is done and photographed and ready to show off. Here's Barrett Diablo, ready to rumble: Not much is known about Barrett Diablo. A top underground fighter and troublemaker, you can find Diablo wherever the temperature is hot, whiskey flows freely and people still solve their problems with their fists. In the ring, Barrett has a hell of a right hook, and a hell of left hook, too. With a supernatural resistance to injury, Barrett has taken beatings that would kill a lesser man while never losing his trademark grin on his face. In fact, the only time you never see Barrett smile is when he's asked where he's from. His only reply through clenched teeth is "Someplace hot.". More about Barrett and his recipe can be seen at my customs site.
groundhog7s
Very interesting boyd. Sometimes I have to wonder how your mind works to come up with some of the original ideas you have. I put the final paint of coat on mine tonight (I hope) and will clear coat tomorrow. It didn't turn out like I had hoped, but the fact that it looks like I'll finish one this year is satisfaction enough.
Shamrock
Love it, very creative! I'm glad I didn't go with a boxer type, as it would have been pale in comparison (I realized it was just gonna be Dudley from SFIII) Edited May 23, 2011 by Shamrock
TM2 Dinobot
Boyd, Barrett looks like a throwback to the 20's. You should make a 1920's Chicago style suit for him as well. I've been inspired by these wonderful customs. I'm gona see if I can do a few more before the deadline. It's for a good cause. Bob Harris
Lukas Rand "Tetsuwan" "Lukas Rand was born 1842 in a small town in Massachusetts. He was raised by his father, a native from the South Pacific island of Rokovoko, while his mother, an African American woman, died of puerperal fever shortly after Lukas' birth. At the age of 12, Lukas got to Japan along with his father. It was right after US Navy Commodore Matthew Perry used his superior steam powered weaponry to force Japan to open its borders to trade. His father took his chance to start a new life in Japan. He found work as a saddler and shortly after got married to a Japanese woman. In the same year, Lukas got to know his stepmother's uncle, Kambei Mifune, a respected aristocrat and skilled swordmaster. Mifune started to look after Lukas and provided him an excellent school education and introduced him to kenjutsu, the traditional technique of the sword. Lukas soon developed a close bond to Mifune, who eventually became his master. Lukas trained his kenjutsu skills and folowed the rules of Bushidō, becoming the first black samurai in Japan at age 26. While defending his family in a battle, Lukas lost his left arm, but he could not prevent his father's death. Mifune was impressed by Lukas' effort and asked his former student, the extraordinary talented weaponsmith Hattori Hanzō, for help. Hanzō consented to that wish and started developing some ideas. Besides forging swords, he recently started to work with the new American and European steam technology. With his associate, a French gentleman and visionary called Jules Verne, they created a steam powered iron prosthesis, more effective and elegant than the rather clumsy and random creations by America's top weapon manufacturer, Stark Industries. Lukas was quickly able to use the iron arm as natural as his own. To honor his father, he painted his ancestors' traditional tattoos on his new arm, to which Hanzō and Verne included some powerful gadgets. In 1878 master Mifune was murdered in an assault by a hired assasin. Lukas denied commiting seppuku, the ritual suicide, and therefore became a rōnin. Masterless, he started to travel through Japan, offering his incredible combat and swordfighting skills, as well as his wisdom, as a Yōjinbo, a "hero for hire", to earn money for a living. With no family left and his master fallen, he stopped calling himself Lukas Rand and became the man with no name, people refering to as Tetsuwan - Iron Arm. Recently, the crime lord Yagyū Saki hired Lukas and tricked him into the Tournament of Fighters. Sent through time and space, Lukas has no personal interest in winning the tournament at all, since Saki hired him and therfore will be granted the tournament's grande price. But one thing is cristal clear, Lukas sure wants to survive this tournament - and he knows how to do so." Check out my custom thread to get the recipe, the influences and mor pics!
