If you don't want to that much, i usually go to my shop early...i can't guarantee the superb quality of your pics, Mini Myte, but i do have a new camera, so i can get some okay ones... Yea, sure, i'll try to get the first ones up. Let's see, fronts, backs, alternate views (such as unarmored or other hair)...did i miss anything?? Exactly what anyone could want from an Ultimates wave. Oh, and to answer one of the bigger questions: Hulk has the big-hands. And they work great. EDIT: Wow. Of course, if he's suffered some sort of fatal heart attack, then I sympathize with his family and ask that they respect his final wishes and post those images. Twisted Two-Face Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 (edited) Well, in the meanwhile stage, i'll answer a few more questions we had: Hulk: Hulk, as said, has big-hands. He also has Duck Feet, and both hands and feet come with normals of each. Hulk's hair is glued on, or REALLY stuck... Not asked, but Hulk also has a new chestpiece AND now uses Stay Puft's body-go-bigger piece underneath. Tony: Hair piece is really hard to get on, but fairly easy to take off. The "Goo Pack" ACTUALLY is attached to the back of the armor via a hinge, so it opens and closes but isn't removable. It's also all red. You need two of this guy, one for without armor. He seriously looks that great either way you display him. Modern Cap: Mask is fine; it just doesn't fit well in all boxes. It's actually slight loose on ONE of mine...yes, i'm army building SHIELD Agents... Shield suffers A LOT of perma bend on one, and the other is wayyyyy too dark and cut wrong on one side, making it very small... Extra set of red hands...oddly... WWII Cap: Helmet is perfect; lines up exactly with eyes. The Shield is just brilliant, and there's a peg on the back of the jacket for it. Sadly, it's very distracting without... Thor: Hammer is VERY slightly too big, so it does open up the hands, but VERY little. Emphasis on the very. He looks great holding it. Lots of detail under "armor," but looks so off because of the Juggernaut-boots...shame... Fury: Detail under coat, and looks nice with or without. Eyepatch DOES NOT go all the way around the head!! Very awkward and a deatail needed MUCH MORE than Thor's under-armor details... Pistol is the one from the Punisher set as shown in the proto's, but is too big for the holster. SHIELD Soldier: No flip-around face. The "hair" we thought was hair is actually a chinstrap. Underneath helmet is hair similar to Sgt. Rock or US Agent. minimadman Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 Ok first up is the non-Variant Ultimate Captian America. I really like the face on this version of him. I think it is the best one yet. Cap features new a new belt, gloves, and mask. He also has the boots from the DCD Flash. Unfortunately there are QC problems EVERYWHERE in this wave. Cap's mask doesn't not have a peg holecomes down much to far on his head and has to be adjusted to look right. Cap's shield has a terrible paint app. and is flimsy, and while he comes with a set of extra hands so that he can hold the shield the they are near impossible to get in the hole. Here are the pics. Here is the variant which suffers from the same problems with the mask coming down to far and the eye holes don't line up that great. One new thing is the peg sculpted on the back for the shield. Here is the Shield Soldier and the QC problems continue. The hair on the one on the right is placed to far near the right eye. Nick Fury This pic serves to purposes 1. so you can see they put a different gun in the holster and it does not quite fit. The second is that if you want to say something to him he may not hear you due to a lack of ears. Thor Ultimate Ironman complete with goo. The duck feet are ok here but i don't like the hands. I really like the way that you can a complete nonpowerhouse version if you like. Here's the Hulk.
