Is it going to be the end of Marvel Minimates when the Spidey-variant well runs dry? Assuming they redo every previously-released Spidey with a removable mask, we can expect: First Appearance Spidey Ultimate Spidey Big-Eyed, Early 2000's Spidey McFarlane Spidey Spider-Man 2099 After that, we still haven't seen: Cosmic Spidey Man-Spider Battle-Damaged McFarlane Spidey from the Torment arc 1602 Spidey Amazing Bag Man Spider-Ham "Old" Spidey from Reign arc Then, there are the alternate identities: Dusk Ricochet Prodigy Hornet Okay, spider-geeks, who am I forgetting? Last Marvel Handbook I saw listed the Extrimis suit as model number 35. And that's just 616 suits. Not even halfway there Minimate-wise. I also did one for future variations: Winter Parka Spider-Man and The alternate reality "What if Nicolas Cage, not Peter Parker, had been bitten by a radioactive spider?" If you listen closely, you will be able to hear the sound of screaming when certain boardmates see Matt can think of that many new Spideys.
