bilbofett
Looks sweet. I heard some people saying the anniversary blank was inside the bank. Was this just @ SDCC or did you get one too?
Webhead
heading out to TRU tomorrow morning...keeping my fingers crossed. They have yet to restock past their first case (which I got zero of)
karamazov80
Looks sweet. I heard some people saying the anniversary blank was inside the bank. Was this just @ SDCC or did you get one too? Nothing inside, sadly --edit: Just saw that the evil faced Stay Puft bank and GB 2 Venkman/Glow in the Dark Stay Puft 2-pack are in-stock at BBTS. Get em while the gettin's good.-- http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product...amp;mode=retail http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product...amp;mode=retail Edited August 18, 2009 by karamazov80

minijoeshmo
It's kind of sad how much nicer and more effective this presumably fan made poster is: http://th01.deviantart.net/fs47/300W/i/200...y_jhroberts.jpg compared to this offical "to show kids what's out there" poster is: http://www.minimates.com/Collections/ghostbusters.jpg The fan made one (I'm assuming fan made since it has no copyright info/legal text on it) clearly separates each set making it a true checklist rather then a giant clusterlovefest of minimates out there you might want to buy. It doesn't have the convention only Blank Promo no kid (and since it's on minimates.com we can assume it's for the kids) can obtain without their parents spending a couple hundred bucks to take them to a convention. I understand to a degree the Marvel poster being so cluttered as there's probably no way you could fit 32 waves (31 really, right Ghost Rider...) + TRU sets + a large handful of box sets on a poster with clear distinction between each set and not have it looks like picture of the Comic Con Masquerade taken from Google Earth.... but there's only 14 different Ghostbusters sets right now, there's no reason not have something closer to the fan made list then the cluttered list right now. thank you for the kind words! Im actually the one that made that checklist, I posted it on gbfans.com and protoncharging.com but I dont know if I was a member here yet at the time, which is probably why I never posted it here (Im also the guy that made the Ghostbusters minimates firehouse playset, link below) you can get the full printable version of the GB checklist below, though I should probably make an updated one as I think there are some not shown (at least the black 25th ann. blank figure) and there are some typos/wrong names etc... http://jhroberts.deviantart.com/art/Ghostb...ist-2-128855467 http://protoncharging.com/gb/2009/07/07/minimates-checklist/ http://www.minimatemultiverse.com/index.php?showtopic=6633 Edited August 18, 2009 by minijoeshmo

I was hoping there was a larger version of the image out there... again, just stellar job on the poster.

Just got the e-mail letting me know that my preorders were processing. I got a bit worried since most of the other SDCC exclusives were in last week. karamazov80
Can't wait to get the entire crew in their "regular" outfits. In the film (since I can't recall), did Tully don the version of the Ghostbusters outfit used in the first film?

Twisted Two-Face
However unlikely, i REALLLLLLY hope Louis comes with earmuffs. And yup, in the 2nd film he wore an old GB1 suit that belonged to Egon, name and all.
Cowblaster
However unlikely, i REALLLLLLY hope Louis comes with earmuffs. And yup, in the 2nd film he wore an old GB1 suit that belonged to Egon, name and all. I'm afraid you guys are mistaken. The suit he donned WAS one of Egon's tan suits, but it had the "2" logo on the arm as well as the different typeface on the name badge, making it a GB2 outfit all the way. And the pics I've seen of the minimate don't appear to come with ear muffs (but I'm hoping that will change).

Poe Ghostal
Do we have an ETA yet on when the second TRU two-packs are due out? J/K I would guess that they will hit in the next few weeks. Hopefully in a larger supply then the first wave.

Given their popularity, I want to know when I should start haunting my local TRU... Nothing precise as of yet that I know of, but once we get the in-package shots on Art Asylum's blog, they usually aren't too far behind. I would expect to start seeing them within a few weeks. --edit: Damn you, Madman! karamazov80
I dont think the wave 2 figures are coming out until October or November sadly... The 2nd box set is scheduled to be released in October, and if DST is still trying to coordinate the TRU/Previews releases, then you might be right. groundhog7s
The original date given on TRU for release was 9/6, but they are usually a little before that date.
viciousvink
TRU is so frustrating, I couldn't even find the most of the first set, and any manager I talk to ( I won't even bother with floor folks anymore) they say they are deleting them out of their system and not going to carry Ghost Buster minimates anymore.
