I wasn't expecting much going in to the show. CW, unknown (to me lead), and Green Arrow? Never a big Green Arrow comic fan. It's slowly become one of my favorite shows on TV though! Glad I gave it a shot.

I hit the other 2 TRUs on the way home from work (Milwaukee 27th St and Racine), no sign of either Marvel 15 or Battle Beasts.

Found the Battle Beasts at TRU today (Brookfield, WI). Picked up Moose & Bat. # off the receipt is 699788730591. $7.49 each, passed on the others for now. No sign of Marvel 15 at that store.

Nope. Says they have the Invincible license, and products for their licenses includes Minimates. But, still hoping!

Back to Daniel Bryan, even when he was a serious wrestler, he was still pretty funny. I HAVE TIL FIVE! I was into RoH for a few years, got to see some of his matches there, including the one against Lance Storm.

I found the Nova wave in stores today at Toys R Us. Grabbed Nova for a friend. Current sale is 2 for $14.99.

The book is restarting this month with a 0.1 issue, then issue 1 next month.

Not sure yet, need to see a few issues of their new comic looks and the movie looks before I decide what I want. DnA GotG, Bendis/McNiven GotG or movie GotG. Right now I'd like to see the DnA comic GotG more than anything, but still have an open mind to the other versions. Whatever we get, I hope it's mega-lucrative for everyone involved and they give us old school GotG merchandise!

Playing The Cave on the Wii U now. Also, Middle Manager of Justice on the iPod, but I've maxed out on that. I need to see what else Double Fine has done, enjoyed both games.

A lot of cool little surprises in the Rumble itself, but I felt disappointed in the show overall. Punk lost his title in a weak finish, left a bad overall impression. I understand what they are building to, and it makes financial sense, I just thought Punk should have looked stronger. Not only did it make Punk look weak, it made the whole roster who couldn't take the belt off Punk in over a year look weak.

I'm an Image Comics fan through and through. When I got into superhero comics (from just reading G.I. Joe), my first X-Men comic was 276. I started noticing who was doing the art, and then all those artists went and started their own company. I'm a Liefeld fan. He's not technically proficient, but he's fun and that's what I read comics for. He's done some dumb things too, but I like his energy. I met him on the Deathmate Tour, it was cool to see his enthusiasm for upcoming projects as he flipped through Advance Comics. Would love Savage Dragon minimates! Brianiape (giant gorilla with Hitler's Brain), Powerhouse (giant chicken man), etc. Lots of very visually distinct characters would be fun. Still following Savage Dragon.

The Toys R Us wave was added to their website for a few days (only saw Vorin vs Scorpus in stock), but they are not there now. I'm sure they'll be back... after our Rewards expire!

I was bothered by the DVD cover for "The Cabin in the Woods". Totally blew the twist of the movie. I lent out the DVD without the cover to a few friends.

I'm a Deadpool fan, watched a few minutes of the film, will probably watch the rest later. BUT.. That seems like it's one Disney legal letter away from not existing. Fan films I'm fine with, there have been some good ones, but soliciting $10K for doing them seems wrong.

I'll probably be there with my daughter on Sunday, it's our tradition. She always gets a buttload of sketches and has a great time. I watched the last 30 minutes, I DVR'd the whole thing, but not much caught my interest (*) until the CM Punk speech. I thought they let CM Punk go a little too long before the interruption. The Rock lost me with Cookie Puss, I had no idea what a Cookie Puss was. Even with those slight annoyances, it was still better than a lot of wrestling I've seen recently, and I'll be checking out Smackdown Friday! * - Antonio Cesaro caught my interest, impressed by his strength!
