UK Collector
Fast food bag came with Young Justice Kid Flash. Inspired sir!
Turtle
That bag is a great find! I hadn't even heard that much. Plus, isn't the ring powered by magic, and not Will? And was the Guardians' involvement from the Golden Age, or has it been retconned recently? As to why he has the name? He was Golden Age. In Silver Age, they decided to use the same name, but change everything else. It's like Invaders Human Torch android vs. Johnny Storm. I never-cared-for-Alan/preferred-the-Corps before this publicity stunt, and knew this confusion would take place after. The Guardians' involvement is part of some post-Crisis retconning. And, yeah, the ring is magic-based, so that means Alan potentially would be able to open a can of whoopass on Superman. One thing I love about the DCU is all of the ridiculous weaknesses- yellow, wood, magic, fire. And somehow Batman has none.

TENIME_art
And they explained Yellow.
TM2 Dinobot
Yeah, Batman's weakness is a .45 slug.

Lurch77
It's TT*! The blanks aren't ready to fight yet, they're just chillin at the beach. Of course Ant-Man came along too. *Translucent Tuesday
ravsx
A wave 2 throwback, just some basic stuff as I was going through the mates. Edited June 12, 2012 by ravsx
The Geohound
If you have not seen Prometheus and do not want spoilers, do not click the button below. Not that it'll make all that much sense if you haven't seen the movie, but still. Edited June 13, 2012 by The Geohound
Nessex
Bah ha ha ha @ Geohound. Well played sir! @ Lurch! nice beach shots! I never found the red translucent. They look great together as a set though. Can't wait for TT.

Mnemosis
And so rounds out my '90s Avengers, unless Black Knight makes the cut. I can't wait for the new MvC3 She-Hulk so I can show her more aggressive side, as well (she'll be fastball-specialling the new X-23)
The Geohound
Lego Deadpool came to my house yesterday. He and the other Deadpools decided they should do a line-up.
Hawkeye's Junk
Hey Geo, is the Big Deadpool the Legends or Marvel select?
TM2 Dinobot
I think it's Marvel Select. So he needs a 5" ToyBiz and a 6" Legends figure and he'll have just about all the scales covered.

The Geohound
Yep. That's the Marvel Select Deadpool. I don't really collect outside of minimates, so those other two Deadpools were both gifts from friends. I will however be getting the Marvel Select Rhino when it comes out though. really looking forward to that one. Nice shots, Jay. I especially enjoy the Hulk one, but that might just be because I really like that Hulk mate a lot in general.

funkguerilla
I was playing with some light last night, here are the results. I hope you dig.
Twisted Two-Face
Is that the old Daredevil mask? I'm surprised it still holds up, wow. Might need to duplicate the damage on my extra DD though. Looks nice.
TM2 Dinobot
More Black Widow. The eye is photoshopped for drama and whatnot and the levels are messed with a bit. this is more Photoshopping than I prefer to do in a picture, but I just kind of went with it. And the background wall thing is from the Marvel Select Deadpool. Somehow I missed this one. I wonder if it'd be possible to get the same effect using Morgain's head from SFII. I think she's the only mate we've ever gotten that isn't looking dead ahead.
The Geohound
I have absolutely no idea. I don't have any of the SF mates. I just do the photoshops. But you should give it a try, man.
karamazov80
You guys have convinced me that Minimates need to adopt the eye rotation system Hot Toys uses on some of their head sculpts. Who's with me??
The Geohound
I have no knowledge of what that means K80. Evidence, please?
