Neither has really strayed too far from the episodic TV that made them famous. Glad it's a six episode run, it will be interesting to see if they go monster-of-the-week or try to do something closer to the classic X-Files mythology stories. Duchovny was in Californication for many years. I watched several episodes, and it wasn't bad, though not really my thing.
