  1. I'd actually recommend using Ken from the STFX line. You just need different legs and hands.
  2. In the past three years, I think that Marvel had really screwed itself over. First, they revamp their entire line to appeal to new readers as Marvel NOW! Then they decide that maybe some heroes should be villains should be heroes and heroes should be villains in Axis. And to put icing on the cake, the 616 universe doesn't even exist anymore. Thanks to the third installment of Marvel trying to get action figures distributed, oh I'm sorry, Secret Wars. Despite all of their, the thing I'm most angry about is the fact that Marvel has been switching their continuity to be more in line with the MCU which I think is idiotic. It's a different universe for a reason! Comic book movies aren't supposed to be shot-for-shot copies of the stories they stem from, they change a few things so the average movie goer can comprehend their complex themes without having to read years worth of backstory to a character. I don't know, maybe I'm just pointlessly ranting. I just miss the days when a new issue came out, you would get excited to what the next step in a character's development, not worrying about how much more your favorite heroes will get altered for the benefit of the company. I honestly feel that the age of Marvel ended when Age of Ultron did in 2013. I hope that you all can understand my rage and either agree or respectively disagree.
  3. Take a look at the bare chest tag on the database. Link: http://www.minimatedatabase.com/searchTag.php?tag=39
  4. What about the AOU Toys R Us assortment? Could that be what he's referring too?
  5. Has there been any discussion on how Forge's artificial leg is being handled? Will it be printed in an extra leg or an extra slip on piece for the thigh?
  6. I really want Vasquez and Gorman to be paired together to make the perfect: That is one of my favorite parts of the whole movie!
  7. Did they say they would be packed as complementary figures, though, or are those going to be accessories? Accessories like Rocket Racoon was
  8. I really hope this line becomes more than just a few waves. My biggest wants for this right now are probably: -The Flying Zuchinni Brothers 2-pack w/ cannon -Electric Mayhem 4-pack with Doc Teeth, Floydd Pepper, Janine and Zoots I'm sure that Animal will get packed in a regular wave
  9. I really hope sometime in the future we get a Lew Zealand. He's my favorite character!
  10. At the bottom, when it lists the actors/actresses it says Anthony Mackie and Idris Elba
  11. Maybe Indiana Jones is still a possibility with Chris Pratt's rumored to be wearing the hat next. Hopefully that will grant us a classic series and a modern film, kind of like the Ghostbusters movies and the RGB off-shoot line.
  12. I'm actually pretty sold on this movie. Not completely, still got some gripes, but I'll definetly give it a chance.
  13. Still sitting here waiting for the Hipster Cap and Black Widow 2-pack...
  14. Captain Marvel Throught the Ages: -Mar-Vell -Rick Jones -Genis-Vell -Carol Danvers
  15. Maybe we could warrant an entire new series of box sets like a, "Through the Ages," series compiled of classic enemies of classic heroes! Much like the Deadliets Foes of Spider-Man, we could have one for Thor: -Loki -Enchantress -Surtur -Malekith Maybe Hulk could join the fun! -Leader -Abomination -Constrictor -Bi-Beast Iron Man needs some love, right? -Iron Monger -Titanium Man -Mandarin(I always liked his red outfit) -Madame Masque
  16. Ya know what i really need in my life? A FRACKING WEST COAST AVENGERS/AVENGERS WEST COAST SET!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously though, West Coast Avengers was one of the first series I got hooked on. I know I was about 20 years late with it, but I would always go out to my comic shop and look for them in the back issues. And to this day, I am still searching for each and every issue! WCA and AWC are the meat and potatoes of my comic book collection. X-Men is what got me into comics, but those titles are what really got me into the collecting portion. Another thing, it's different!! Sure it's got Hawkeye and Wonder Man, two figures we've seen a couple variations of, but also, TIGRA, MOCKINGBIRD, DARKHAWK, and the generic (yet lovable), FIREBIRD!!!! This could also take up spots to make very much needed updates of aged figures like, WAR MACHINE, US AGENT, and MOON KNIGHT!!!! All I need to ease my pain is, at least, a box set of: -Mockingbird -Tigra -Wonder Man (updated 80's black & red) -War machine (updated classic w/ non-bearded Rhodes) Maybe with a simple US Agent/Moon Knight 2-pck in an upcoming wave. If all that was to happen, I would be the happiest man in the world, and I'm positive I'm not the only one who wants this. Please. Please. Thank you
  17. my problem was that I kept fitting the top two appendages underneath his hairpiece. once I realized that they should go over, I had a more fun experience with the piece.
  18. I'd expect the rights would be easy to get a hold of these days considering the lack of Indy everything in today's community
  19. I'd expect there to be more demand in Indiana Jones that a corny sponge that lives in a fruit and is best friends with a brain-dead sea star and scientist hillbilly squirrel.
  20. Finally got the set and everything is wonderful! I can't seem to take my eyes off the Alien! But, I have one problem, how the hell does the face hugger attach to Kane?
  21. I can't be the only one who wants a little Indy to carry around in their pocket! I would love to get at least just one box set per Indiana Jones movie, and maybe a Nazi army builder 2-pack.
  22. I started late and the first episode I watched was the Captain Cold episode. I'll admit, I thought it was very weak. Then I heard that Reverse Flash was gonna be on it, I watched it and liked it better than the Captain Cold episode. Now the Rouges?! I'm very excited for tonight's episode! I also saw that Pied Piper should be on it! Can't wait!
  23. For a few years now I've been working on a project which involves my own comic universe. This is a project that I've started from scratch many times. It began with a simple series of comedic stories under the name, "Spleen Comics." It soon grew to having a few short series which usually dealt in Apocalyptic scenarios. There was The Squad which handled the new Soviet Union's obsession with using extra-terrestrial forces to destroy, and rule, the Earth. Also there was a series of two friends who fought to survive various disasters like a Zombie apocalypse and a natural apocalypse. That's all in the past now, I've since come up with more ideas that I found too similar to other comic companies that I would receive major criticism. I have one last idea that i think might just ease my excitement. I have created a world that is very down to earth (literally). It is a world that only deals in real world problems such as serial killers, drug usage or cults with maybe a hint of supernatural elements. I have only a handful of characters and want to keep it too a minimum. I want to make a big enough universe to tell enough stories, but not be overwhelmed by a multitude of characters. This is where I need you guy's help. I need some character and story ideas. Maybe a few artists if I decide to become this series with the idea. I also need a name for the company, I have gone through a few ideas, but none of them really worked for me. Spleen Comics is currently out of the question.
