Eh, I've learned from the past Q&As that DST will deny anything so they can surprise us. So you have to take the Q&As with a grain of salt. For example, it was said that Deadpool wouldn't come with a removable mask even though the designs were released exclusively to us, and it showed that he had in fact two different masks.

WTH, my UPS store will tape for free. The only thing they charge for in packaging is using bubble wrap.
