Found the BAM Godzilla exclusive in store today.

I recently learned of a Kingdom Hearts Wisdom Form Sora variant at Target that I didn't know about previously.

These are out now, btw.

Not sure exactly what shade you are looking for, but this is the closest I could find.

1) Despite current going rates, the original Minimates Max polystone statues sold very poorly. They never released wave 2 due to sales and lack of interest. Before they went up in value they were clearenced out at a lot of places. 2) DST doesn't have the Marvel vinyl license (Vinimates scale) and doesn't have confidence that the Gallery scale statues in Minimates style would sell through. Remember, we can't even get 2" Marvel Minimates convention exclusives anymore, so they aren't going to take any risks on $40+ vinyl statues of Minimates. 3) DST doesn't have the Marvel bank license, that's Monogram.

Most likely B&W Aquaman or GITD Burton Catwoman.

Maybe we're getting an Invisible Woman Through the Ages wave?

@DSTZach Can you speak to why the Maximum Venom wave is only 2 packs instead of 3 or 4? Were there only 4 characters designed or did Walgreens request a smaller assortment. It almost feels like this was supposed to be a boxset for specialty and was changed to accommodate Walgreens 2-pack assortments. Not complaining, just curious.

I just shake my head at the constant Spidey web alignment issues that have been happening for years. I can't believe Marvel would be pleased with this consistantly poor output. The weird thing is that this wasn't a problem for the bulk of the early waves, but really became consistent during the TRU waves around 2012.

People are finding Waves 10 and 11 and wave 9 is finally showing up in metro Detroit a mere 14 months after people reported finding them!

I agree, most of the figures for sale at my Walgreens are "BS".

Consumers want to see confidence in a brand, announcing a boxset for JW1 or JW3 would help solidify sales of JW2.

Well, since they were exclusives to a defunct retailer, I guess one could say that they *sold* perfectly well for DST. However the fact that we never got further full team boxsets after that retailer went tits up kind of tells the whole story.

Hope it sells better for Hasbro than it did DST.

Venom box?

If you include all the Best Of/Greatest Hits/TRU/Walgreens waves, Marvel Minimates are around 150 "waves" without counting any boxsets or convention exclusives. That seems like something a business would want to try and capitalize on, especially when confidence in the brand is at a low.
