I actually didn't like minimates, or the idea of them at least. I bought the Ben Reilly/Black Cat pack, because I liked the characters, and loved them instantly. Many more were bought. I sometimes wonder how many more minimates would be sold if you could just get one into someone's hands.

Jealous of that Turok! Great custom work as per usual.

Io9 also have the TRU wave. Hawkeye sets being replaced with the twins.

Isn't it strange how Thor is considered a heavy hitter now, but we waited 16 waves before we actually got a minimate of him.

I've been reading and enjoying Injustice lately. Always fun to see alternate reality stories.

I haven't seen any news on Agent Carter in the UK yet though

I saw my first ever episode of Park and Recs last weekend. On to series 2 now and really loving it. Your mates are great!

Pretty ugly IMO. The Quinjet from the first movie was a terrific toy and went well with minimates.

Finished season 1 of Leftovers, and also watched Newsroom season 2. Need to start season 3 of Newsroom but my HD box missed the first episode so now I need to find it online. Anyone got a site they use for streaming?

I'd be all over MMPR! My dream license. Not worried about support cast, just the Rangers, alpha and the villains would do for me. Throw in some putties to beef out the lines, and then we can get powered up Red and Black (and blue?) with the green ranger shield to give some variation. Like the Figuarts we could also get a male and female yellow. Trina can have the 'male' body, and then we can get the skirted version for Aisha. Follow up with the zords, and then we can move on to the movie versions....not that I'm asking for much

I'm not sure if it was my first ever comic, but I vividly remember reading a UK reprint of the below story when I was a kid. It was the first time I'd seen Superman outside of the movies and I loved it. Within the same book, (as is common in the UK) there were other stories, including the first issue of Batman Year One. I was about 5 and I found it very dull, although I love it now.
