I agree with this. I’m very excited about this line not because I’ve ever played PvZ but because I like novelty zombies. I can just fish some boring grey zombie pieces out of parts bin, and swip-swip! new zombie for my TWD collection! the plants are cute too, they’ll probably go well with my cactus pups.

Season 3 as in Season 2 Vol 2 or Season 3 as in “Goliath Chronicles" because Season 2 Vol 2 is on the Disney Store web-site, Goliath Chronicles is utter garbage and striken from continuity by the creator (instead pick up the SLG Gargoyles comic which is the ‘true’ season 3)

the thumbnail to this looks like mummy hands... maybe it’s just me but I was like “what’s with the picture of mummy hands?” clicked it and started laughing when I saw what it really was.

I took a FC Angel, removed the wings, and replaced his head, hands, and boots with the like parts from a movie FC Beast (and put a pair of yellow anklets from something on him to simulate boot cuffs) I know he’s not blue and hairy in the comic, but eh, it gets across the point of being Beast in a FC costume for me at least.

According to the show’s creator his wings are pierced allowing him to get dressed. also Lexington was my favorite too... I liked all the Gargoyles so I wouldn’t say I had a least favorite, but when the Kenner figures came out my little brother got Goliath so the first one I picked up for myself was Lexington.

so question about waterslide decals: Can I paint on the back of a clear decal before applying? (like cel painting, but on a decal) Like let’s say I want a clear character to have red eyes, can I make a face decal, apply some red paint to the sticky side of the decal (so it’s under the print lines and thus any bleed would be better hidden) then stick it onto the head? or is there too limited a work time/too fragile a work surface/too sticky a surface for that to work?

I saw this movie last night, it’s amazing. It’s as funny as I’d hoped it would be.

No Owen/Puck double mate! The characters don’t share enough colored limbs for that to work, so it’d be Puck’s chest under Owen’s suit and then a spare set of arms, lower torso, head, and hair... at that point it’s basically two minimates. Owen *CAN* be a multi-look character though with the following: -Default Owen -Stone Hand included to make later on in the series Owen -Black Hair and Bow Tie Chest included to make Preston Vogel put him in a two pack with a couple other Multi-look characters (I don’t know... Dingo and Xanatos who could have their armor removed?) or a couple army builder (is there any besides Steel Clan?) and it’d sell really well. ... my heart hurts makes wishlist, I want Gargoyles minimates very much and this just reminds me more we don’t have them...

it is the show’s 20th anniversary (ouch) this year. it’s too bad Disney has absolutely no interest in recent nostalgia... they’ll gladly sell you a 1930’s style Mickey Mouse doll, but will they even consider taking your money for some Disney Afternoon merch? NOPE!... because a line of Gargoyle minimates and Gargoyle Selects would be amazing.

It’s a product that has an actual name,one that’s no harder to type than SFvT and easier to type than SFvsT, the only reason to use a “V” or “Vs” is because you don’t know better, and shouldn’t we all strive to apply new facts we’ve learned to be the best we can be? If I was saying “I saw some Star Wars minimates, all Kirk and Sisko, no Janeways or Picards left” someone would correct me. If I said “I found the Tomb Robber wave, only Laura was left no Savages two packs” I’d be corrected. Not selling or not it’s still got a proper title, so let’s all call it either “SFxT” because it’s been pointed out it’s the right title OR just decided it doesn’t deserve a real name and call it “crappy Street Fighters” (CSF for short) "Worst Pegwarmers in Minimate History” and completely erase it’s legacy from history.

Guys, it’s “X” not “Vs” you see Capcom (SF’s owners) and Namco (Tekken’s owners) have made several RPGs called “Capcom X Namco” so the “X” (pronounced “cross”) is a continuation of that. the line might suck (I love Street Fighter and I’m agreeing it sucked)but that’s no reason to we should lower ourselves to posting incorrect titles

Disney, Hanna-Barbera, anything else that involves ‘cartoony’ designs. Good cartooning is about silhouette, and being all on the same base is going to ruin that. (ie- Fred has better posture than Shaggy, and Shaggy is skinner than Fred. Or Belle is a tiny little woman and Gaston is a giant meat head. But as minimates all four of them would be the same size.) It bugs the hell out of the Street Fighters are all out of whack. Chun-Li is as big as Ryu and Ken, all three of whom are bigger than Guile, Cammy is one of the shortest characters who’s gigantic next to Sagat who’s one of the tallest and is down right puny. Zangief and Haggar have HUGE chest with tinny little limbs because lord forbid waste-of-a-slot Rufus look out of scale when he gets properly beefed up limbs... thankfully Street Fighter is dead (and yes, I’d rather have no minimates from one of my favorite properties than badly done ones) is this isn’t going to be a continuing problem for me, but I don’t want other lines where this is going to become an issue. There’s some lines within those license where they’d work as minimates (Aladdin for example... Jasmine, Aladdin, and Jafar are all about the same size, throw in a mega-rage Genie since he’s so much larger. DONE! Hanna-Barbera talking animals wouldn’t work... but their ‘superheroes’ like Space Ghost, Birdman, and the Herculoids are all about the same size so they’d work nicely.) but the idea of an overall blanket line that would include characters who wouldn’t work as a block figure is what I’m against.

I was about to punch you in the damn mouth until I realized you probably meant some anime with the initials S.N.K. (Shingeki No Kyojin? so Attack on Titan?) because SNK-Playmore is amazing (they’d make HORRIBLE selling minimates, as much as I love Fatal Fury and the King of Fighters I know it’s lesser known than Tekken and we saw how well that went over...)

They’re the same as the Canadian ones from earlier in the thread so I don’t see why we need pics but here: it’s that thing I said I’d make earlier! Bay Area, California (however of the 3 TRU’s I hit up today only one had them, and they only had one case, so I’m not willing to say they “hit” Northern CA so much as a case was found in the wild and the next could turn up just about anywhere)

The rest are drab gray normal looking girls with nothing monstery about them. (also, I just now noticed these are called “Lite BRIX” was “Blox” taken?!) I did however find a Hong Kong reseller selling 7 random Lego Friends minifigs (and I *MEAN* random, he has negative feedback for some of them having male heads and weird hair) for what breaks down to $1.30 each, so I bought 14 which should be a good start...

Is the Clerks cartoon part of the Miramax deal? (it was produced by Miramax/View Askew under Touchtone Television... so I could see there being a legal grayzone as to who actually owns it) I’d absolutely kill for the Jay, Bob, Dane, Randal, Leonardo Leonardo, Mr.Plug, and Charles Barkley (yeah I know that’s only 7... there’s only 7 main characters, just pick a random joke character to be the 8th to make two box sets)

I couldn’t resist them... I bought the Aerial, Merida, and Rapunzel sets. They’re absolutely fantastic, the figures are adorable, they come with their pets (or little brothers as bears) the sets were easy to build (I’m still scared of building larger sets after the horror that was the C3 Bat cave) and look super cute. I’d really like a Mulan set (they could reuse a lot of Ninjago props for it) but since her Blu-ray already came out I’m sure it’s a ways off. the only downside is Flynn Rider looks terrible as a friends minifig... it makes me sad that when if Jasmine gets made then Aladdin will probably look just as bad (I’m hoping the Beast would be a unique sculpt like Hulk if Belle got a set, but I’m anticipating disappointment in getting “Adam” with a mask or just getting all the sidekicks in place of a second figure) (this is also the first time I’ve gotten to see a friends base in person, do they sell them in blind bags or anything? I need to get a couple of these to make some Monster High customs, they’re the perfect size next to the Universal Monster minimates)

Did anybody not see 16 at all? I was under the impression that a select few got them at the end of the summer, and everyone else got them around Christmas time. Didn't hear about any stores passing on them entirely. I never saw Wave 16 at any of the 4 TRU’s I frequent
