youbastards
Ghost Rider 2: Spirit of Vengeance Despite the tagline, I have to say that my expectations are low but I am looking forward to this movie. GR has always been a favorite of mine, (see Wave 15 Project) and I would really like to see a good representation of him in a movie. I don't actually mind Cage as Blaze, I think he brings his own unique craziness to the role, and I'm glad to see this wasn't approached as yet another needless reboot. My biggest problem with the first movie were "Blackheart and his Amazing Generic Villains". Looks like we get 'Blackout' as a villain in this one, he was a favorite of mine from the early 90's series. Also, I'm quite pleased that they changed the hellcycle. The_Donster
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I still haven't lived down dragging my wife off to the first one and she reminds me of this everytime I try to drag her to something of equal calibur
karamazov80
LOL at his peeing fire at the end. Looks like they're completely embracing the insanity of Nick Cage as a cheesy Ghost Rider, which is really the only way to go there IMO. storm 1:08
LOL at his peeing fire at the end. It might be me, but I don't understand what the heck Nic is saying in response to the kid.

I guess I should DVR the first movie whenever they play it on TV just to finally see it.

MiniFiend UK
That bike look like a V-Max to me, and that in itself makes me smile. As the Americans say God rides a Harley. Well he might but it looks like The Spirit of Vengeance rides a Yamaha.
MINI_MYTE
This movie makes me wonder if we are scheduled to get another cancelled wave of minimates (including piss flame accessorized GR). Please say yes! Edited August 19, 2011 by MINI_MYTE
jcastick
I'll see it, it looks to be quite a bit better than the first one.
TM2 Dinobot
I'll see it. Looks better than the first one. At least CGI wise. But February? Again? Am I the only one that makes afraid? Everyone knows no good movies come out between Dec 26th and May 1st.

karamazov80
(including piss flame accessorized GR). There are so many figures that could use that accessory. Gonna go for some major scratch on the secondary market I bet.
Bob Harris
I think the first movie is in my top5 worst comic movies and in my top10 worst movies ever. I don't think I'll watch this. But I'd buy the 'mates.

karamazov80
Here are more details if you think you can use them to determine if this was a successful film or not: http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=ghostrider.htm It made more around the world than it cost to make, but there aren't any details about the promotional costs. Also, not sure how much money DVD sales or merchandising raked in (of failed to rake in). Then there's the whole issues about a "gross" take by definition not taking into account costs involved in producing and shipping the film, screening the film, etc.
DarkRedShadow
I think I'm going to give it a chance, but only because of BARFING BULLETS!I love the god of war style(with his whip)especially when he hits the trucks wheel and the car flips,It looks like a really fun movie! ImABarRoomHero
You know what, I'm going to play Devil's advocate from here on out and be a full on fanboy of GRSOV (that's right, this bitch just got abbreviated).
gambitron
I found myself being somewhat excited for this as it looked like it has some good action in it. Then the peeing at the end of the trailer made me completely doubt my excitement.
Shanester
How does Nick Cage keep getting work?! I love the character, but cannot stand the actor. Pass...
