Wow, nice job! Quite a few of those look factory fresh, great execution. You nailed it with the parts you chose for each character, you obviously put a lot of thought into it and it pays off with the group shot. A ton of great c-listers i haven't heard about in forever. I love the 70's Marvel villains. Senor Muerte, Mace, Stiletto and Discus all look great. You did Chesire Cat?! Amazing. Bushmaster, Shades and Commanche bring back memories. This whole set is pure 70's Marvel win. Nice stuff.

Same feeling here. Very eager for clarification on the "will" vs "try" debate for Ronan. Still in shock that he didn't make it, thought he was a slam dunk. Marvel is my main interest and we'd already seen most of what was shown before. Other stuff looks cool but not much that I'll chase. Pathfinder might pique my curiosity and I've commited to the Kill Bill sets but that's it. I'll be skipping most of the other properties.

If Ronan's not in the four pack I'm saving money. Completely stunned that that he didn't make it. Looking forward to buying the two pack you guys keep referencing but where are you seeing that? Edit: Nevermind, just saw where CBMM1 posted it from the panel. Glad Ronan is coming but will believe it when it gets here. Hope my thrice cursed local TRU's decide to carry the fershlugging set.

That looks great. I ran into these over the past weekend and grabbed a Warbird. Very neat little vehicle and I'm amazed at the simplicity of the assembly. Everything snaps and clicks together tightly like building blocks/bricks. The detail is great but gets lost in the single color flat paint job. I might check out one of those Gundam pens I hear about and add a little detail in there. I'm thinking about buying two more and not attaching the lower wings, just using them as little jump jets to flank the "bigger" one. I'll put all of the attachable guns on the main one. Just a thought. Not sure if I'm going to use them for Hydra or maybe as Shield. The colors make it easier to slap a Shield logo on it and call it a day. Can't wait to check out the Milano with the entire team in front. I'm using them as my modern 616 team and adding Gamora and Nova from the previous two pack. I only read the first two or three trades of the new Guardians so this will do for my "essential" members. Though I'd like to see that dog... Kozmo was it? Looking forward to seeing Starlord, Rocket and Groot the most from these packs.

We've got to get that comic Ronan,Nice bright green colors, man would that light up the villains shelf. I haven't seen a classic comic Ronan since the 5 inch line. I'm ashamed to admit i hadn't noticed Ronan's hammer was incorrect in the Guardians wave. I'll probably try to cut it and switch it around.

Oooooooooooh... that's about perfect. Thanks for the pic. I could swear there's another space character or race that uses a ship similar to that but I can't place it. A Villain maybe? Right now I'm thinking of grabbing 1 Milano for the Guardians set, which, I could swear "I wasn't going to buy" , but seem to be doing it anyway. Funny how that happens with minimates. I think it's a combination of factors, I'm not getting much else this year and this is a neat little one and done set that completes the team. Add the fact that they're close enough to comic versions and I can add cool accessories... that sounds like fun to me. Sold. Rockets ship, two of them, are destined for flat green paint and service in the Hydra army as gunships. Pew Pew! Yes! Since we already have a few Magneto's and another Mystique on the way, I'd like to see them focus on the rest of the team(s) and compliment the box sets with a two-pack. Classic Brotherhood: Toad, Mastermind, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch 80's Brotherhood: Avalanche, Pyro, Blob, Destiny Magneto - Mystique two pack. If you really want to make me jump for joy throw out another box set of early X-Villains to round out the original teams first 10 issues. Vanisher, Classic Blob, Unus, Lucifer... sold! At least to me anyway.

That is one fine list you started there Karamazov, these are the kind of X-characters I like. Pretty much anything up through the 80's. 90's onward... not so much. Also, Vanisher, Unus, Grotesk and Eric the Red!

You... you just DON'T know evil... until you have a minimate of the Orb. I believe Mysterios helmet would be a good start towards an Orb minimate making it's way to our toy shelves. Also love some of Mnemosis suggestions for a specialty wave... especially Mindless Ones! would gladly take another Panther too and Watcher could be an amazing minimate. Very excited to see what comes of this.

Nice find and a good deal, that Spidey set alone gets ridiculous prices on E-bay. Nice selection of a couple different corners of the Marvel U. to get you pumped for your return, enjoy!

I Agree with Polarboy. Plus, I don't want to have to buy a full case at best to ensure myself a set, I don't need that many extras. Not to mention the increase in cost cuts into the lines affordability factor for me, much easier to set $32 aside than $80 +. The few times I've ventured into the world of blind bags have not been particularly gratifying either. Plus, in my adult life, i've never wanted to be the guy standing in the front of a TRU loudly crinkling every bag in sight while parents, children and employees look on in disbelief. It seems obnoxious. Even more so when an employee has to approach the individual to verify that he/she is not in fact opening the items. I have no problem publicly displaying my love of comics and toys but that just seems a bit much for me. Ymmv. Regardless, i am interested to see what the product is and how it's placed in stores... but silently hoping it never comes near the Marvel lines.

That's a really nice movie Asgardian setup! Of late I've been considering building a few movie teams/sets and wasn't sure about this one. Your pic convinced me that it's worth doing, really nice job.

Yeah, sadly agree on the wave 18, Tomb Raider boat. Just ticked off that they skip a comic wave, which I'd be into and then pick back up with the movie waves... which I'm not as into. Bought a loose AOS W. Soldier and Creel previously and recently purchased a Now Thor so I'm done with 18. Skipping any Ultron Drones and picked up Hydra from various comic shops once I realized TRU was shitting the bed on the wave. Would have liked to have tried the item number trick that YB mentioned previously but never found the item number and I looked through the entire wave 18 thread. The Tomb Raider exclusives are the ones turning out to be a problem, secondary prices are ridiculous so i may end up skipping them also. In other news, add me to the list of stores that are receiving minimates again. ASM2 showed up at my local store, hope that exciting trend continues.
