ive put up with a lot of the negativity around here because I knew as soon as DST announced something involving "new marvel characters" people would jump right back onto the bandwagon ive always been on the bandwagon myself, im looking forward to just about everything upcoming, though 4 NEW villains is pretty awesome

Zach can you tell us how many new figures to expect from this wave? it sounds like theres atleast 5, will there be 4 packs all together or just 3? will there be bleed over from the LCS wave?

wow i should have done that, I was a pushover and paid full price I also bought two starlord guns and plan on getting some of those vehicles because I LOVE this movie (I know there were some pics of the vehicles a while back, anyone with the GOTG mates know if groot fits?)

ive seen the movie 3 times in 3 days the opening credits are now my number 1 favorite opening credits (right infront of Rushmore now) i plan to see the film a few more times, i love how Gunn has captured this vastly dense world yet made it so grounded and accessible also the movie is a concept artists wet dream, every design from every little piece of tech to every article of clothing looks so thought out and everything visually makes sense easily my favorite movie now

ive seen it 3 times already, once Wed, once Thurs and once tonight, I plan to see it again soon

jeesus....no wonder girls are intimidated by comic book geeks for all of those whining about losing Thor, hes been dead at least 3 times before (and hes not even dead this time) and has STILL returned someone else wielding Mjolnir is NOT a new concept this IS a marketing ploy, thats how marketing works, you market, if you're smart, you market a lot, if you know a freaking huge demographic that makes up half the population is being neglected or discriminated against by you, you change that, especially if its as simple as giving a female character a tent pole roll in the MU. the writing is by Jason Aaron and will probably feed into Hickman as well, so you cant complain about the writing unless you were before the announcement also that design is stunning and I love that they arent changing her name

has anyone brought up POTC series? i know it would compliment the Callico Jack stuff but maybe those dont count since they're no longer in production? or maybe the Simpsons? though i doubt they'd want to compete with the Lego's

I always say Hickman is the modern day Kirby and I still believe it. He goes into every story with an entire world of new concepts to be fleshed out and he keeps the reader interested by building his stories like machines that you want to see every gear of I think his Avengers run is the best modern Avengers run since...well ever (keep in mind his Avengers run must be paired with New Avengers) and if you havent read East of West you're doing yourself a huge injustice

How is this Hickmans doing? Remender is writing this. also if it WAS Hickman's doing it means it will be a damn good read (though the same could be said for Remender)

this Ronan will get made, the poll seems more like a formality at this point, they need to see who can sell the four pack, then pair them with the least likely to sell, then they can produce a two-pack with the runners up (this is just how i see their system, it may not be the truth, though i'd prefer it to be as it gets us all the characters in the best way possible)

Groot and Rocket look fantastic! (the scale on rocket is fantastic)

Game of Thrones is not kid friendly but it does have huge mass appeal currently, though something disney would make more sense

i dunno, systems always crash, you can spout that its they're built to crash but id imagine theres always margin for error when dealing with so many different save files and software types, so building a program that tries to make the amount of loss smaller when something like this occurs is admirable not to mention Playstation Plus has some damn good free games that I never would have bought otherwise (and I for one am excited for free episodes of Powers) I am sorry for your loss Minimadman, I hope my earlier post didnt seem insincere, I hope it does not happen again, for all our sakes
