  1. I think it's more that TRU wasn't interested in more TMNT in general, so DST decided to go with something more appealing to LCS customers than kids.
  2. I'd say so, nothing's changed. DST might still have the license, but I doubt they've changed their mind about any product.
  3. This looks nice, it's a shame we're not getting it. If you switched the green and yellow, maybe add some wrist wraps, it would be my ideal live-action Iron Fist costume. And I agree about the tracksuit being awful.
  4. I do think wave 69 probably had too many obscurities. The Avengers have had a massive boost in popularity because of the MCU, but only one character in 69 had appeared in a movie (two if you count Coulson). I think DST should try to find a balance between this series and something like Series 44, with mix of A-listers and obscure new characters, and maybe even some B-list Avengers, who don't get their own movies but still have a clear presence (Black Widow, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver...). Team-completing waves like 60 and 68 are fantastic, and I've always found completing them more satisfying than other waves. I thought you said 74 was going go be Ragnarok, or is that what you meant by "74 or 75"? Neither 74/5 or TRU 25 being X-themed makes me think BMH's two characters aren't Marvel Girl or Toad. In any case, I'm excited for new comic Marvel and hope the TRU exclusives aren't too hard to find.
  5. I was really hoping DST would get on the license to tie in to the Fantastic Beasts movie, but no such luck. It's still not too late...
  6. I think the length of Enchantress's hair is fine, but it seems almost slicked back, like it lacks volume.
  7. I think DST is generally pretty good about completing groups, with a few major exceptions like the Phoenix Five.
  8. I'd like to see the rest of them too. Even if you aren't interested in the cartoon's Dark Avengers, Hulk and Hawkeye work as their Ultimate selves, and Cap could be USAgent or the Captain.
  9. Yeah, this was a very good showing in terms of new Minimates. The only thing that really bothers me is the complete lack of comic Marvel, but hopefully it won't be too long until we get some news.
  10. Were they on display, but no pictures were allowed, or are they not ready yet?
  11. Rocket looks great, but it seems as though he's using a normal chest block. I would have preferred the smaller one, but it isn't too bad. Only nine more days...
  12. Homemade Spidey looks great, but the battle damaged figure isn't making me change my mind about skipping the Tinkerer pack.
  13. These look great, especially Nico, Quasar, and your modified Monica. Could you post a recipe for Nico? The torso and arms look like Yukio, and the head looks like Viper.
  14. The fact that there's no skin showing does make that seem possible. Plus, he's likely packed with an army builder, so you could get two for both looks.
  15. I wouldn't say so. The fourth box set isn't out yet.
  16. Personally, I'd rather see the scale be consistent between the lines. That's my biggest issue with the LotR Minimates.
  17. DST doesn't seem interested in ever going back to the 3" bodies, so I think the smaller characters would just use the child body.
  18. Eh, the line between black and gray is blurry enough I'm sure they could make it work. In any case, it doesn't matter, since we're getting two Minimates.
  19. That's true, but the head and legs don't need to be different. An alternate torso, arms, feet and one hand would put him about on par with my examples.
  20. I think it's odd since, a), none of the previous Netflix sets have had two of the same character, and b), it wouldn't have taken that many pieces to achieve both looks, like with S1 Daredevil and Luke Cage.
  21. Five of them were shown, so I'm guessing it's still two packs.
