ReAction makes a Rocketeer 3 3/4 figure with removable Helmet that could work for a custom, maybe a lil big but you could make it work. I'd switch in the Shield or Nick Fury Jet Pack. Calico Jack-Robert Deal for the brown boots.

Couple options for heads like DC Deadman or could go more grey skin and use someone like sin city Cardinal Roark. Bride of Frankenstein’s dress could be another option. Doctor Strange Defenders costume. I was going to use the Robbie Reyes hairpiece and make it more like the movie but changed mind. Could also use a crazy 88 ponytail and add a spot of whiteout for that look.
