karamazov80
Yep, I'm considering selling off my few Nolan Batman figures I have along with Keaton Batman and just displaying the 60's Batman & Robin with Reeve Superman.I was thinking about displaying those together as well, but the '60s Bat guys, if accurate, should be a bit on the cheesy side. I dig it of course, but Reeve Superman is not cheesy looking in himself IMO (can't say the same for some of the stuff in his movies). Not sure if they would work together for me or not. karamazov80
And here's something far, far less awesome
Webhead
That a movie version? Sad about the mask.
karamazov80
Not a movie version. This is Sideshow's interpretation of "modern" Destro. Considering that, it makes some sense that he would have a, uh, Metal Men styled helmet with lines and rivets (but can still do the people's eyebrow pose with the rivets), black shirt, and North Face jacket. Hot Toys previewed a Johnny Depp Tonto figure, as well. Edited July 14, 2013 by karamazov80
luke314pi
Is anyone here planning on getting all of the IM3 armors? I feel like I would need at least 3 of them to make a decent collection, but the price tag always stops me.
youbastards
I've got Mark 42, Iron Patriot, and Tony Stark pre-ordered, will decide on the other armors as they get released. However, this is a MUST!!! Guessing this goes up for pre-order soon, the typical HT pix are available already: I have to admit, I'm pretty happy with my Minimate custom, considering I didn't have any of the professional reference material to work with! Holy crap!!!
youbastards
Damn....looks like I can add Siver Centurion to the "buy" list... Edited July 25, 2013 by youbastards
karamazov80
I'm not getting all the Iron Men, but it looks like I'm ending up with more than I initially wanted. I have the Marks IV and VI, VII is shipping soon (I ordered back when I thought I wanted an Avengers display, though I've waffled on that as I haven't picked up Widow or Thor yet), I pre-ordered the Battle Damage Mark VII when I got sucked into the hype, then that magnificent Silver Centurion and the Igor armor are also extremely tempting. . . Ultimately I can't imagine I will keep more than 2 or 3 at most.
Shanester
Lots of great 1/6th coming out. Not only is Hot Toys pumping out massive new figures, but Sideshow has a ton of new 1/6th coming out also. They are on a Hoth kick right now.
karamazov80
Yeah, Hoth Han and Luke will be mine. Reckon I'll need to get a Tauntaun, as well.
TENIME_art
I'd love Igor, but I'm scared I won't be able to afford my Iron Patriot preorder... Winning the lottery in the next few months sure would be nice...
Twisted Two-Face
Is Silver Centurion just a normal MMS or is he die-cast? If he's just normal, i think i'll be getting my first Iron Man from Hot Toys. Zod is a must. That is a work of art.
Webhead
Don't have a decent Han so I"ll be all over the Hoth Han

youbastards
For anyone who picked up the Hot Toys MKVII Iron Man, this is a relatively inexpensive upgrade ($35) for a much nicer faceplate: http://www.sideshowcollectors.com/forums/showthread.php?t=131466
Glantern
Sideshow just put up Star-Spangled Man Cap and Joe Colton for $215 each: Cap- http://www.sideshowtoy.com/?page_id=4489&sku=901898&ref=home_new#HotToysItem Colton-http://www.sideshowtoy.com/?page_id=4489&sku=902008&ref=home_new#HotToysItem I ordered both, and had $80 in rewards, so cap was 150 shipped! No word on when Superman's going up.
Twisted Two-Face
$215......jeeeeeeeeeeeez. That's a lot of cash for Bruce Willis. Gonna have to debate this one for a little bit now. Oy.
Shanester
I am wondering why no one has posted pics of their 1/6th Avengers Hulk. I've seen some reviews and think he looks cool, but I am still lukewarm over the figure. I am also thinking I may need to save my money for whatever Sideshow is teasing with the Hulk heads. karamazov80
He was only released in Asia thus far. SSC's shipment hasn't come in yet, which is why there aren't many in-hand pics from western collectors.
Shanester
Ah, thanks K80. The last review I watched was an American, I guess he went through one of the Asian sellers.
