I didn't participate in the secret santa here but we did one at the office and I got a kill bill boxset. I was super touched that they actually got minimates right. To top it off, my secret santa approached me after and asked if I already had that set. When I said yes he pulled out the crazy 88 set and asked if I'd like that better. I said yes but of course either is a fine gift and the other set got handed out to others in the department for their desks. Now there are minimates on many desks in my area instead of just mine. A very Merry Christmas indeed. Sorry for the slightly off topic but it seemed like a good place to share this.

Caddyshack mates? Oh please please do! I'm not usually one for properties with all civilian mates and no one in a costume or uniform but the thought of having Rodney and Ted Knight minimates would make them a must buy for me. This is now my most wanted new property. LOL A four pack with Rodney, Ted Knight, Bill Murray, and the gopher would work for me.

Has anyone tried making a Klingon / Worf custom using a predator head? Seems like it might work.

See we're agreed? A giant plastic meteor is not about to cause a mass extinction? Also, Harry Potter would be awesome. A Calvin and Hobbs 2 pack (or maybe Life of Pi, Meaning of Life, Winnie the Pooh, Jungle Book, Kellog's mates, or Masters of the Universe) could sort out a certain issue and would also be awesome! But then again I suppose all of those wouldn't be enough for a certain one of us. While I'm a huge GOT fan, I don't see it working that well for minimates.

Playmobil stuff is a little oversized for mates but often workable. A minimate is about the height of a plymobil child figure. I have my western mates posed on playmobil horses and though slightly big I think they look good.

I remember those 80s B movies and the actor who played Jack Deth. Very nice QCs indeed!
