I think you mean Bishop and Ferro and dropship! If we're going to have to advance fund them to get them made, might as well include the ship. I would love it if Luke took these on as a one-off project aside from his Marvel and WWE customs. I bet a custom Bishop and Ferro 2 pack would be a huge seller.

If Transformers and GI Joe go the way of Rocky III and John Wyck, I'd say the line is done. I don't think that's going to happen personally, and hope these licenses will help minimates regain some market share. But it also concerns me that they don't seem concerned with maintaining a web presence for product lines other than what's for sale right now. We'll see how things shake out. Fingers crossed.

I know it's a bit more integral to the line in the case of Transformers. But how many Spiderman minimates do we have and how many can transform into Peter Parker? Optimus Prime's robot form is cool and iconic and I'm psyched to get these mates. I would never have him posed in truck form anyway. The other thing some of us like about non-transforming figures is that there don't have to be trade-offs in the robot mode appearance for the sake of the transforming feature. I can see where you're coming from though. How can you call it a "transformer"? LOL

Never been interested in Vinimates. But if there were to be a Devastator and Omega Supreme, I'd buy them to go with these mates. This is seriously the best Minimate news in ages. Look how active the board is compared to recently.

Interesting choice of words. Are you saying the packaging is fan art or similar and we will not see these as minimates? If I remember correctly, DC Minimates were technically a DC Direct product and not Diamond. The way you answered the question could apply in a similar case.

Had I known the Mega Bloks bridge was coming (which I didn't get) I'd have skipped the AMT model that I also have in a box. ... somewhere. There are some amazing photos of the AMT model somewhere back in this thread I think (or possibly the compatibility thread). Someone made a cubed Earth globe and had it up on the screen. That same person might have used two kits to make a full bridge instead of half. I just remember there were some great photos that inspired me to buy that kit. Edit: Found it. It was in its own thread. Some of the pics are lost to the forum upgrade gods but page 3 still has some photos with mates:
