I agree 100% with both Dr Baghead and Mystery Man (posts # 102 & 104 not quoted for space). I don't want Rodan or the other similarly important monsters to wind up like Clubber Lang - designed and not released. As cool as Jet Jaguar and Smog Monster would be to have, I'd prefer to have them saved for last.

Thanks for posting this Delta! I'd love to hear Zach and Chuck tell us exactly what is on their list of "Must-Do" Marvel minimate team completers. (the list of 4-6 mentioned with GSXM Banshee as one of the list)

I love minimates because of their artistic style, collectabilty, scale, and depth of character selection.

I'm hopeful to get one but not panicing yet.

Ugh I hope Wal Mart never gets exclusives. It's cool to be able to buy them there, but horrible to be forced to. WM makes TRU look like DST in terms of customer service.

Future Xavier seems a bit short in his chair. He also seems to be smuggling white caterpillars on his brow. Might swap the head with a Legacy Picard. Fantastic wave overall, even Storm. Yawning over another civilian Wolverine but thats not due to the minimate, would have preferred a unique character instead but I understand DST's choice here. I'm liking these more than GoG which is a nice surprise personally.

Same as Mr Clean, I'm getting the Funko version. I think the Funko Pop Ecto1 looks better with mates than Lego. And Winston is removable.

Grey Hulk, PM & IF are the only ones that look newish enough to me. The entire front row and Ant Man look pretty much the same as existing mates.

My pic is far from the most offensive thing that's been posted on MMV. I've seen worse, but I'm the one that gets called out by the PR guy? Wow, when you guys dislike something, you really like to dogpile on people. Nessex, I'll try to clear my jokes through you in the future first since you're the authority on what is and isn't allowed. But be wary of venturing outside of the MMV, since mine was the tamest Singer joke I've seen. Lokash, you just stated everything I liked best about this film. Cap wasn't just a costume, he moved and fought like a super-soldier. MisterPL, could the {spoilerCG head] have been Zola? The only other noticeable CG head I noticed was elderly Agent Carter - it looked like they CG'ed her eyes onto an older actress - when she turns her head it doesn't sync up 100%.

So is it safe to post spoiler-ish comments and reviews in this thread now? For the TWO post-credit scenes, I thought the final one with only one character was the lamest of all post-credit Marvel scenes to date. The first one had me excited for the villain more than the other two characters. The fight scenes were great, but a lot of the talking got a bit boring at times, and I'm not actually itching to view it a second time any time soon. But my biggest observation about this movie is that I doubt it's going to sell a lot of the merchandise. It was more character-drama than action, and I don't see the young-uns sitting still through all the spy talk. This movie felt more made for the adult fans than the kids, so I hope the Hasbro stuff doesn't linger on pegs for the next few years. I'm only buying the minimates and 6-inch Hasbro figures as I find them. Otherwise, Hasbro made a lot of younger kid market merchandise that I don't think this movie will help much.

I'm still nerding out over the fact that while waiting to watch an actual Captain America movie, I got to see trailers for Spider Man, X-Men DOFP and Guardians of the Galaxy! I remember way back when all the XMen had was that one-shot cartoon "Pryde of the X-Men" and watching cheesy Spiderman and his Amazing Friends cartoons. It took around 40 years to get to this point where Marvel is dominating the box office. It's a great time to be a Marvel fan Can't wait to see wave 58 & 59 pics.

Kaipo, for ziplocs i hear they still need a hole to allow gas to escape. If there are small pieces I just use a nail clipper to clip small incisions on the sides of the bags, otherwise I just use a hole puncher.

Chains! The Beard zombie would likely just be a reuse of Volstagg's beard. Overalls Zombie was in the SDCC 4-pack. Prom was tempting, but an easy QC. Chains is a good pimp-zombie.
