Case breakdown is 5 Electro Packs, 4 Goblin packs and 3 Dillon packs per case. I ran into a fresh case at my local TRU yesterday! Great to see minimates back on the shelf! I picked up a Dillon pack and I'm pretty pleased with it. Love the accessories, the opening briefcase is very cool and the printed newspaper is neat too. Poor Doc Conners made the back page. Dillon himself came out great, love the comb over. My Spidey face tampo is way off center, kind of a pisser to an otherwise nice two pack. Wanted to grab an Electro pack for the "62" firehat that Spidey is wearing but couldn't justify the purchase. Last wave available in my area was TRU 17... seen and own far too many of those to want to purchase another energy Electro. Also, fantastic job on that custom Rhino, outstanding work!!

Zach, On the Beast are the hair and "neck piece" two different pieces? I get that the glasses are attached to the hair, I'm curious about how and what that neck pc is connected to. Also, what is under the Sentinel chest piece, does it have a tampo like the original release? Thanks!

Same here, no Tomb Raider and no wave 18 ever showed up in my area.

That sounds like a very good thing! No ASM2 yet in my neck of the woods but your sighting has me excited that minimates could be returning to North East TRU's! You're towards the middle of the state aren't you?

Ooooh, that's nice! That looks like it's right out of the comics. As far as the ASM2 minimates... nothing yet at my local TRU. No pegs, no stickers, no minimates since wave 17. Hopefully they're just a little behind. For those of you that have found them, were they regular price or bargain priced? I'm asking because if they're bargain price i could see myself missing them if someone decided to buy them all. If they're regular price then I'm pretty confident I'd see remnants somewhere.

Yeah, i read issue #1 and didn't catch anything about that? Pretty much kid Nova and Watcher chatting the whole issue. Question about the Beast for anyone that got a good look at it in Chicago.. are the hair and "neck piece" two different pieces? I get that the glasses are attached to the hair, I'm curious about how and what that neck pc is connected to. Also, what is under the Sentinel chest piece, does it have a non-bulky tampo like the original release? Not wild about the shoulder pads and curious if I can go with a non-bulky look. I'd like to get a Hank-Warren pack for a Mimic custom and that neck piece, if separate, could finish off an old Spidey villain for me. I'll buy uniform Bobby to put with the Champions. Even though it's a comic wave I'm passing on most of these, to new. They're nice looking and the colors really pop but i'm not interested in this version of the team. Nothing against the original five, I'd have definitely bought them in their second uniforms in a heartbeat.

Their online shipping prices are shaky... they don't combine shipping on anything. I've seen packs listed at good prices but wanting more than one is prohibitive due to additional shipping costs. Thought they were going to be my solution to building a Shield army until I noticed that. And of course the previously mentioned, not on the East coast so... we've got that to look forward to.

From the pic it looks like that briefcase might open up too.

Yeah that Lizard head looks very odd to me too. Definitely looks big from the pics I've seen.The hands with the thumb in the middle of the palm are definitely not a favorite of mine. I understand why they do it (assembly) but it always looks like the hand is twisted outward. The Connors body looks great, It'll be nice to add him to the collection. Sandman looks really good, love the head tampo, huge improvement over the wave 18 release. Carnage is pretty neat looking, not a favorite of mine and I was fine with his original release but I think I'll combine the two to get my perfect Carnage. Ock looks swanky with his new arms! Another one I was fine with but the new one will have a place on the shelf. Overall, it's not a set I NEED as I have versions of all four characters, but the improvements are enough that I'll pick one up and enjoy having them. Congrats to Luke for scoring the exclusive!

I've wondered about this too, but never looked into it. I've wanted to cast Widows hair, Kree and Aim helmets forever. Might have to look into the supplies Luke mentioned and see how involved this would be.

I don't see the TRU/Hastings comparison... Marvel minimates not being distributed in an entire area of the country by the main retail supplier is a bit different than looking for one exclusive from a finite movie line in stores that aren't national. Sucks for those of us that don't have them in the area but the loss of Marvel in my area is a much bigger issue to me personally, your mileage may vary.

If we're posting Spider-Man want lists, here's mine... Villains: All in 70's or 80's era costume Molten-Man - Stegron - Hammerhead - Classic Beetle - Carrion - The Jackal - Grizzly - Jack O'Lantern - The Tinkerer - The Enforcers Will 'O Wisp - Crime Master - Man-Wolf - Spider-Slayers - Silvermane - Man Mountain Marko - Kangaroo - Disruptor - Smasher Allies: Prowler - Madame Web That would set me up pretty darn well! I'm hoping DST makes at least 6 or 7 of those, the rest i'll probably have to make myself as I don't ever see them making say... the Disruptor or Smasher. Vote Raleigh!

Another two weeks, same results in Western PA, no wave 18 and no Tomb Raider. Le sigh. YB, thanks for the suggestion, I'll try it out next week, my final week of searching. Do we have an item number on this wave? I went searching through the main thread and couldn't find one. I did find sku's for all four packs but I don't know if that'll work... weren't these sku's tied into a previous wave? Also, back on pg 13 of the main wave 18 thread someone (maybe Lobsterman?) mentioned trying the item number and they were told it was discontinued? toy hunting shouldn't be this hard, lol. Pappy, nice try with the e-mail, love to see them at least acknowledge that there was/is a sizable distribution error. I'm going to fire up the paypal machine with funds... anyone stuck with Cap/Falcon and Thor/Creel packs clogging your local pegs at blowout prices, I'd be interested in a couple packs. Also interested in Hydra/Soldier, Wolv/Ultron and Tomb Raider exclusives if anyone is bogged down with those too.

Still nothing in Western Pa. Absolutely no minimates left in my local store, gotta admit I'm getting a bit tired of even looking. TRU wave 18 never arrived, Tomb Raider never arrived and Walking Dead wave 5 received one case with no restock. I'd love to hear how/why TRU has skipped much of the Northeast and will this area even receive newer Marvel mates anymore? No use in looking if they're never going to arrive.

Still no sightings in Western PA for Wave 18 or Tomb Raider. I checked the two local stores and then branched out a bit to three city stores and found nothing. I hit these stores on their truck days too.

Oops. I thought it was one of the female chest pcs and you were using it like a tight shirt on Tony, since it's black. The way the pectoral line runs underneath is what had me thinking it was a female breast. Even better that it's a male chest piece, it works, wasn't taking a jab. Also, my original posts were about stacks customs followed by another post about Bigvis' Ross custom. They seem to have been merged and it looks like I'm talking to stack about both of them. Did my posts get merged or am I losing my mind?

After consideration, i think I'm going to grab the Groot-Drax-Rocket pack in addition to Starlord. Groot and Rocket are good enough for me to fit into a 616 display, if proper comic versions never get made. I'm fine with Rocket as is and actually dig his size. In the meantime I'll use the entire grouping as my MA Guardians team. Gamora from wave 23 will complete the roster. No real interest in the movie Nova Corps or the aliens so this wave will be cheap for me.

Nothing in Western PA. Oddly enough, I've heard reports that the Philly area is/was polluted with these waves.

Ha, nice. I completely missed that wave "16" gaffe. While we're on the subject, the corresponding LCS wave was pretty spectacular also, on it's own merits and for troop building.The Byrne FF were a legitimate version that hadn't been seen yet. The villains were all well done and it was great getting Puppet Master, Blastaar and the army building Moloid. Alicia was a welcome surprise and the accessories were outstanding for every character.I used quite a few of the Sue bodies for female Shield agents and the Reed body for male rocket pack agents. Good times for troop building and getting bang for your buck.

I'm anxious too. I've stopped reading any reviews for fear of spoilers. As far as the Ultimate Cap discussion I always looked at him as a bully and quickly developed a dislike for the character. I acknowledged his necessity but hated the way he went about his business. I'm with Kostis, that's not Steve Rogers to me, it's "a" Cap.
