What part of the word "exclusive" don't you understand. It means something that everyone wants but not everyone can have. I don't see why this is always an issue. I was gona order some BSG mates, but I'd rather deal with Corner Store Comics anways, and with the shipping and the orders falling through, I think I'll do like others and wait for ebay. Or knowing AFX, that have literally thousands of these. There's no way they're gona run out and I'll just wait till they dump the rest. In this context, exclusive refers to the fact that it isn't offered by other retailers - it really has nothing to do with a discrepancy between people who want and those who can have. Simply put, it is only available through this outlet and no others. Corner Store Comics has some nice stuff, but I'm disappointed that they don't stock BSG mates - That's where mine came from.

I initially disliked the ST 'mates . This was also the case with the TV show ,which I remember watching for the first time, when it aired here in 1967. Looking back on it , I realise now how fortunate I was to be there right at the very beginning. The show ran here on BBC on Saturday evening ,dislodging Dr.Who in the process.That was the reason I initially disliked it ! Of course in the end I loved it. This was slowly happening in the same way with ST 'mates but now I've seen Uhura I'm hooked again. Uhura ,for many of you I'm sure, was just Kirk's sort-of- cyber-space- secretary. Not for me,I just loved her,she was(is) gorgeous & now she's available to me,at last. I can't sign this off without emphasising how important that Star Trek 'Kiss' episode was. How far we've come in that 40 years . Just 40 years ago 'Kirk kissing Uhura' was considered a television first, the first interracial kiss on TV. It seems almost unbelievable now but there were massive protests against it, at the time ,in some quarters of the US.The bulk of the feedback to the network however was overwhelmingly positive! Uhura & Kirk actually helped to change a lot of things !

I love C3 'mates, Robin $ Nightwing being 2 of my all time favourites. I had never noticed that before ,I've just checked & its because Robin's torso is longer. The hairpiece is a problem ,try blue-tac (I think this may be called something else Stateside). I guessed right ,we call it blue-tac.You call it museum-putty or earthquake-hold.....I love it..earthquake-hold ...earthquake-hold...you've got to be kidding me!

I am not easily flustered but nobody said that there were ladies on the Multiverse! I've just realised that I swore (in jest) in a thread ('the fires') that may well have been read by a real live woman. I shouldn't have sworn(at all) & now realise that probably everybody else knew Omendreamer was a w..w...woman...well thats why I'm buttheadsmate. I've just checked back on the 'fires' thread & (thanks be to god) I was (hopefully) quite supportive. Please post more pictures ,this one's just fine . When I see some the action figure stuff some of you guys have ,I realise how new I am to collecting them. It was through Sideshow that I began collecting action figures , notably the X-Files figures . I collected all of these ,& 'Krycek' rocks. If you've not tried Sideshow ,do so ,because they are a very professional outfit.

One of the oddest/cleverest/strangest/ marketing ploys by Medicom was to have ' Indiana Jones' as the Secret /Chase figure for Kubrick Star Wars Series 2. It is my all-time favourite Kubrick after Captain America.

I'm not used to being too serious.I would only dream of actually having the talent of even beginning a custom 'mate,let alone a zombie fest 'mate. I tend to jump postings about customs 'cause I know not how! Tonight (tonite) however I read through the entire thread once I happened upon it.You lucky b*st*r*s, what I would give to even compete. Rejoice ,you are all winners ,esp. those who organised it. So ,you had a glitch.That's a shame but you all obviously enjoyed it so what the hell. Especially when you start factoring in outside costs. For instance, I had no idea how much I'd accumulate in hospital bills when I bought the My Asbestos and Me minimate set. And who could forget the Lick a Lead minimate box set. I blew my hand off opening up a C4 Plastic 2-pack that I bought cheap on ebay. I was thinking it would be some sort of new Mini-flyer & I wasn't far wrong. I can count on one hand how many times I regret this. C3 ,you put together,C4 sure takes 'em apart.

I would personally like to thank whoever sent me the DeLorean,it arrived this morning What a surprise,a real DeLorean! The postman ,who had obviously been drinking(typical),apologised because it hadn't been posted until 20 years into the future. Good old Post Office I say! Haven't had much time to drive it though 'cause there's a 2 foot square postage stamp on the windshield which we're trying to get off. I don't mean to sound ungrateful but the paintwork's awful & some fool's put the steering on the left hand side. Bad news about poor old 'newbuttheadsmate' as well.

The label goes on almost all hell spawn.com products, which most are much bigger than mini-zombies so they don't seem nearly as intrusive I guess. We currently do not have a smaller one, plus I don't know what an optimum location would have been than where those were applied.
