I 've been trying to sponge some more info from the guys at DST regarding the 'variant' Miss Chef Duff . She has great buns apparently which will be the 'icing on the proverbial'. I am 99% sure that they are the real-deal Masked Rider Kubricks .....I can't be totally sure because they have there masks on Very few bootleggers will go to the extreme of forging the packaging. I have just received an email from AFX asking me to review 'my latest purchases' , IMMTTA,Avengers #1 & Invaders . I am merely posting this to assuage other people's fears of getting these without going to SDCC ( I wish). If they are asking me to review them then hopefully they are imminent, so get your on-line orders in.

I reckon if somebody is going to organise a new contest & realises how much effort it must be to do so, then they should be encouraged & supported thereafter. I merely 'participated' in the recent Charitymates & I got quite stressed about the fact that my custom 'just wasn't happening' & PM'd Fujis that it wasn't He was patient, & it all worked out ,but put yourself in his position ,it must be very frustrating dealing with lame-asses .... like me! Once my 'maiden' custom actually got to be on ebay, the adrenaline-rush watching the bidding made it all worth it. I kid you not! I have no customising skills but I thoroughly enjoyed the whole deal. As for prizes,well if this one is a contest I guess you need prizes so the eventual organiser is welcome to PM me & I'll help.

I believe the truth is far more disturbing, I'll explain : ' Robin' has a green glove on his right hand whilst his un-gloved left arm/hand is contorted behind his back just appearing on his right shoulder. So there you have it, 'she' has her hand full with 'Boy Wonder' .

First of all it's a Kubrick by name & name only. If it didn't have the genre legs it would not be recognisable as a Kubrick. I am not a Star Wars fan which is always 'the contradiction' with my loving of the Kubrick series. This is the equivalent of Black Symbiote Spidey Minimate......delicate simplicity. Just get one!

I have just received my set of Series 8 . The basic set of 6 is class & the new incarnation of C3PO is beautiful. However...... ......I love Mini-block figures ....Palz ,Kubricks & especially Minimates....I have a few. So.....& I really ,really mean this........ .....the Battle Droid Figure is,without any hesitation my favourite Kubrick........ever! It's not rare ,it's not expensive & it is superb. It is without doubt the Kubrick you need to own even if you don't like Kubricks. You need to own one...or twenty. Get one...or twenty.

I haven't seen Hellboy 2 but I loved the first film only a little less than Sin City which was literally awesome.

Well, Cappy probably has about a third of them plastered with his numerous blank logos, such as the Spidey blank, the Smiley blank, and the ever popular Cleavage blank. A majority of the rest are either horded by buttheadsmate or likely to be the base of any number of custom works that started with a blank white mini and a dream. The FCBD blank 'thing all stems from a personal debacle of mine on ebay http://www.minimatemultiverse.com/index.ph...=2956&st=60 . I don't hord them neither do I hoard them .......I herd them .....though I'm not sure what they said . ......& I did have a project in mind for them , CODENAME SPERM. This involved millions of these spunky little guys being launched simultaneously ......but it never came off. I am now pursuing those 2004 SDCC rarities..... orange blanks. I am gradually accumulating vast numbers of these little 'jaffas' as they are going to be my next army ......the 'FIRING BLANKS'.

Cool. Personally, I just got my first KO Kubricks last week in the DBZ-Kubs, and I now have a very bad taste in my mouth regarding KOs. Blech: Is that 'Flakey' ,the chase figure from Psoriasis 2 ? I love that show

In theory yes. But they would be as rare as the Star Wars Power of the force 2 green saber packages that are missing the holographic sticker. You see, back in the day people were paying high prices to get these bad boys until one person realized that you could just peel off the sticker and have a rare figure. It won't take much to take the ECCC logo off the minimates to make them logoless. So in theory yes, but really no.
