I have a feeling the TRU waves will strive for even more mass appeal then we have seen in the past

This whole set looks great, I can't wait!

Well, Hasbro for the wrecking crew out in the 3.75" through mainly two packs that shelf warmed hard and they have had all the figures created for the legends series but are dragging their feet with releasing them (I think all that is left is Bulldozer). I would love the Wrecking Crew as minimates, but I don't see it happening in the regular marvel waves with all the movies/current comic book stuff going on. I think the only way we would get these in the near future would be a requested box set from a retailer and this Spider Man set has shown there is definite risk involved with any box set.

I'm using Age of Apocalypse Magneto hair. Though the Pathfinder Isiem uses the same hair piece with black ties instead of red and is likely easier to obtain. That's a great idea! I did not even think of that piece

So I definitely want to build a custom Joseph, but I cant figure out the hair to use...any suggestions? I am looking to do a quick custom to avoid paint, right now the best options I see are lady death or aurora.

Dang, MK 45 would be the first major Armor we are not getting. Though it could be in Captain America 3.....

I hope we can get a Sam Eagle and Uncle Deadly, both would require some serious new tooling.

I think they should be a must for this line as they are not only still very present on the show (which makes them even more of a selling point for a TRU set), but at the point in the comics where the new sets are focused both characters are still very relevant.

I gotta say I am really impressed with what DST had on display. They seemed to have more reveals/new product on display than both Mattel and Hasbro.

If the Hulk and Hulkbuster are together I'm guessing hulk will not transform as that is already hefty two pack, but if he does transform I would be pleasantly surprised

Should be back in stock soon, the TRU pack was listed on Diamond's new release list for next week with TRU Marvel 19.

I saw the listing on Diamond as well and asked my LCS as they are really good about minimates. The listing was not on what they will receive so my money is on the wave hitting TRU distribution centers Tues/Weds maybe in stores (or online) by next weekend....just an educated guess.

It is officially a remake with no connection to the original films by the director of bridesmaids and the heat. It will be a whole new concept. I love both original films, the video game, and cartoon but I cannot support what Sony is doing with this film. If it was a sequel/remake I would give it a chance but I did not care for bridesmaids or the heat so I am not opptimistic.

And they did make a clementine figure from the video game which is cool

So...that means we won't be seeing any mates for while if ever for this? I would think concept to production would take 9 to 12 months. I does look like this event will be going on for a while.
