I think the 75 vs 76 debate relies heavily on your age. People who were actively reading and collecting in the mid 90's would be more likely to respond well to 76. People who have only jumped on recently or were introduced to marvel through the recent Netflix shows would probably lean more towards 75. Regardless of which wave people think was best, I really do hope that DST sees value in the BAF model, and that we continue to see less popular figures getting a chance because of it.

I was thinking this might be an option, too. I've just been playing Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 again, so I'd love an Attuma minimate. There are also some really cool minifigure designs for The Presence, Wiccan, and Hulkling, which i wouldn't mind seeing as Minimates. And green spell effects!

I visited the States for Comic Con with my ex a few years ago. We spent a week or so in NY after San Diego, and I made my pilgrimage to Toys R Us. There's just nothing like that in Australia.

Just watched the film last night, and I am absolutely Also, was Over all, pretty good fun. I think I actually liked the first one a bit better, but this had a lot of good stuff in it.

Super relieved to here that. Really looking forward to the Rogue/Cyke pack. But I might actually be more excited for Madame Masque & Holo-tony. They are some really nice, toyetic looking figures.

Many Happy Returns from the other side of the globe!

I've got the X-Men Gold Team base. It's designed to fit 6 Heroclix on it, however there's nothing that really locks in a specific scale. You can happily use it with Minimates, you just can't expect to comfortably fit as many figures on it. Some of the other bases might not work if they have more scale-locking details, like doorways or street signs, but some of them would work really well. The desert rock formation for the New Mutants would probably be fine. (sorry for the poor picture quality)

An absolute legend on the screen as the ballsiest reporter in Metropolis. Her openness about her mental illness and advocacy for others suffering with the disease makes her a much bigger hero than anyone she's shared the screen with. 'You've got me? Who's got you?!?' RIP

I would be ETERNALLY grateful if they were and you were able to grab them next time you go there. I didn't think I needed them at the time... but now there's a Maximum Carnage wave coming out! LOL

RE: Cull - Oh yeah - I see now. Still, he matches most of the products on offer. He's not 100% accurate, but that's really Marvel's fault. He's totally recognisable as CO, and I think he'll look cool being posed against HB Iron Man.

That Punisher is a surprisingly nice figure. I don't read him, but the figure is cool enough to warrant buying anyway.

With only 1 box set confirmed, it'll be a tight fit to get the whole gang in. If we see Hope Wasp, Ghost, & Janet Wasp, I'll be chuffed.

I suspected as much. But now i'm super keen for next year!

Are there any more X-Men themed characters slated for release this year?

Are we going to end up with an entire wave of Royal, pantsless, Goblin people?
