  1. That is pretty stunning, though I'm not sure about their helmets just disappearing. Am I right in saying there isn't any sound? I hope I'm not having technical difficulty.
  2. Re: Carnage, that slip on part from movie transformation Venom was exactly what Brad Redfield was getting at, aye? DST has surprised me before, but I can't see a better Carnage ever being made now, but can certainly understand guys wanting a new one, he isn't too easy to track down these days. Y'know, if DST want to throw in a pair of beautifully tampo'ed C3 style feet with any new release, then I shall be eternally grateful.
  3. That is appropriately horrible, great work. I'm a Ramsey fan, is he really big in the states then? 8 know he has US versions of all his old tv programs now. Hair might be DCD Flash.
  4. just read through the last few pages of the last ebay thread, I do hope you stick around yb, and don't head off due to a few c*nts being c*nty. It can't count as elitist if 'the elite' are simply trying to stop arseholes behaving accordingly. ... forgive me for missing it, was anything done by the mods if/when Luke's decals were being used for financial gain?
  5. I must have missed the news, what happened to him?
  6. I did see it on release night, thoroughly enjoyed it. It was almost grounded, and scarily didn't feel too far in the future. Probably an 8/10, though while there was no obvious tie in to a next film, it did feel a bit like the next one will be a far grander affair, perhaps with a bigger budget n' all. No reason they can't turn this into a 2000AD franchise, much like Marvel.
  7. I asked in the kre-o thread, but figured it wouldn't do too much damage dropping this in here as well; is there anyone in the US willing and able to grab me a set of the blind bag kreon guys? Or whatever they have in local TrUs, etc... I understand each figurr has a unique code on the bag, so getting a set should be a doddle. Please, do let me know
  8. Cool fellas. Yeah, turns out we have wheeljack and devastator over here. No blind bags though... Is there anyone willing and able to pick me up a set? I understand the packs have unique codes?
  9. That is all very sexy. Was just thinking about Cap this morning... really don't think that film gets the credit it warrants.
  10. do you mean on fantasy premier league... if so, I'm in.
  11. Morbius is definitely right up there on a 'want list' for me... would be great news. More FF stuff would be just, y'know, fantastic amd such.
  12. Out of curiosity, how many 1/6th HT 'figures' do you currently have Kostisfire, if you're skipping this one...
  13. How do folks... just wondering if the TF Devastator has started showing up yet? US or UK. Apparently a few have seen it in the wild, but not seen confirmed pictures or anything. Would very much like to get it for my father's bday at the end of the month.
  14. was thinking the exact same thing. Cool looking mates though, looking forward to getting them.
  15. Glad I opted to skip the new She Hulk now, not impressed. Glad there are no probs with Doom and Wesker though, they were the only 'must' for me. Is anyone else getting really annoyed with these new backless crotch pieces? They really don't seem to offer the legs the same range of movement... such a shitty change. Sorry if it has been covered, I realise it must have been, as everything is!
  16. I think the hole is supposes to be for one of her guns? I've not got them in front of me... but think that was I managed to shove in the other day, so to speak.
  17. I realise there was a lot more to what you said Bob, and understand there are still 'shadows' if you will, hanging over the the country (or as well as I can understand, being on the outside looking in)... thought I'd lighten the mood a little! I went to Hamburg a number of years ago (playing chess for the UK Schools team, no less), and thought it was a beautiful place. Would really like to see more of the country, anywhere so into huge sausages and great beers is fine by me. Met a number of German people whilst at university, every single one is incredibly laid back, articulate, and very amusing indeed. I'm also a big fan of German football, which is quickly becoming pretty huge over here... the recent Dortmund side are as enjoyable to watch as any team in Europe just now. Can you suggest some 'must see' places Bob? Anyway, yes... how are we all enjoying the olympics? I've found myself watching all kinds of nonsense, and thoroughly enjoying it. Spoilt for choice really, it is essentially on 2 of our regular channels 24hrs a day... as well as having introduced 11 or so extra channels just for live coverage. It is quite incredible.
  18. For the record, I absolutely love Germany and its people... can't wait to go back some day.
  19. think I agree with what you've said there... the colours on this one are a lot nicer, and there is no yellow/gold missing, which is nice. The Civil War Parker head is very nice though.
  20. I'm not one to really conplain about little things in films, but I think there was a quick scene with Bruce in the Bat, with just 6 seconds remaining... he must have dropped the bomb and carried on flying... Fast.
  21. It was literally brilliant, I was waiting all evening for something to go wrong. How long until Boyle gets his knighthood then? Very proud right now, though I doubt our athletes are suddenly all going to be good. Ness - that Spice Girls rumour was all but confirmed, I do think would've been a nice touch. As for British things that weren't in the ceremony... we could habe had Superman, Batman & Spider-Man, shame!
  22. I stuck the BSG Cavil hairpiece on my Capt Stacy. He'll always be a much older man to me... it worka pretty well, especially without the swat vest.
  23. looks like the DA Marvel Boy head (and a lot like Murphy... nice one!)
  24. I think Caine is far from being a great actor, as someone I know pointed out... he's spent his life dining out of "you were only supposed to blow the blaaahhhhdy doors off!" Nolan certainly brings the best out of him though, in these here Batman movies and Inception. by the way, decent start? Far from 100% on the head, but I only used bits from my small parts bin. The new Northstar head looks like a pretty good fit, no?
