I live near in Minnesota, where the Mall of America is, but it's bit of a drive for me and I hate that area driving around. DOn't suppose any Minnesotans could pick me up a set of both maybe?

Can I get that Ryu at a discount then? Doubtful. TRU doesn't even like to clearance stuff. This one near me still has a lot of Star Trek and Green Lantern stuff on the shelves. The employee took it to whereever the damaged stuff goes I guess anyway. She even said that someone's been doing this before with the minimates. WHoever it is, it better not be someone on this board...

As much as I want 90's Multiple Man, I'd rather see him in a 90's X-Factor wave. It's got to happen at some point, right? I mean, THE premier X-team has got to get made. That said, if 90's Multiple Man does show up in wave 50... challenge accepted. Well, someone out there deserves some bad Karma. I went to my local TRU today and saw that someone had opened up a Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Iron Man/Arthur and a First Appearance Ryu/Sentinel minimate set and stole the Iron Man and Sentinel from the packs and tried to hide the other two mates in their plastic containers behind some DC Universe set on the bottom shelf. I pointed it out to a TRU employee who took care of it and thanked me. Seriously...you can't pay the $7-8 for the sets because you don't want the other minimates?

Must have MODOK... I still am missing Dormammu sadly as well due to jumping on pretty much all of wave 1 at the Toys R Us before the version for comic book shops became available and I really don't need doubles (will already have some when I get the 2 Disney Store Avengers sets)

I wasn't originally going to get any Avengers movie minimates due to my lack of interest generally in movie lines outside of a few characters, but after watching the Avengers movie I had to get them all and my order from BBTS arrived today with both wave 44 and the movie Avengers wave 45. I love these guys. It's funny though... Captain America is movie accurate yet the artwork on the box show him with the more traditional 'A' on his mask as well as his ears are shown.

I'd love a Power Pack 4-pack myself, but I wonder how would they make the younger siblings look different from the older since there is no real 'child' minimate body. I know there was those 'Father's Day' minimate sets shown at cons that never happened with child minimates...

So long as we don't get an 'Ultimatum' Wasp with Blob 2-pack....those who have read that comic know what I am talking about...

Man, I had this issue of Toyfare ages ago... Looking back at this list I realize still that I need that Carnage minimate and given how much it is to get nowadays makes me sad.

Found the Avengers minimates at my local TRU and picked up Hawkeye/Black Widow and Loki/Nick Fury alone since I plan to order the rest together here later on once I get things squared away with other stuff. So much stuff to get here... Between my Masters of the Universe Classics subscription, new Transformers stuff, and the upcoming TMNT toys...along with all the awesome new minimates, my wallet is ready to hang itself.

Um... It looks like Iron Man's helmet tampo is a bit off center there. Maybe it's just a bit of OCD in me, but I tend to notice these things after the numerous Wolverines and other face tampos in the past on minimates...

So... These are going to be avilable on normal websites like Luke's Toy Store and BBTS, right? I hate having to order through so many various websites to get stuff I want...and Kang and Grim Reaper are definite wants. I'm fine with the repacks of the other figures otherwise since it's not the first time I've gotten multiple versions of a minimate figure, so it's all part of the game collecting these.

Wow. I used to have Fireball Island when I was a kid, but it got thrown out due to not being played with other than with my cation figures. (Kind of hard to get a lot of friends over to play the game as it was) Anyway, if we're talking how much are we willing to spend on minimates. Well, I think $20 at best would be my limit for one I might be missing from some time ago. (Still need/want Carnage and Hobgoblin) I really wanted the GSX Nightcrawler for ages and almost traded some big Transformers toys of mine for him, but my own common sense snapped me out of it and then DST gave us that new Nightcrawler in the Excalibur boxset as well as the TRU re-release. I was also tempted by GSX Colossus, but with the new one coming in a few waves... XD

I have only had two minimates break on me in the vast amounts I've got. One was the Battle Damaged Wolverine from the 90 X-Men 4-pack from SDCC (with Jubilee, Bishop, and 80s "M" Magneto). It was the one of the leg pegs shortly after I opened the box, but I fixed it with super glue. The other was sadly a blue tinted Iceman (from the Target minimates I believe). Again, it was leg related, but actually his knee joint part, but it was somehow fused I found out anyway, causing the break. Again, fixed with super glue, though in his case the knee can't bend anymore. Still, that a good track record for a toyline unlike some others... (eyeing Mattel)

If we get a Squirrel Girl (which I'm all for as well), we need her to come in a 2-pack with a Doctor Doom covered in squirrels. XD

Nope. That was supposed to be modern Warpath right before he became part of the modern X-Force with his black/gray duds.

So much want in this wave, hopefully it'll be abundant. A new improved Kingpin, a classic Punisher, and more members to 90s X-Force (Just need a 90s Warpath really to be complete) and the the last of the New Mutants! So...much...want.

I'm tempted to pick a few of these up, but if anything, it'd be more for the nicer looking Wolverine and the yellow/red Iron Man (Seriously, the gold/red combo should stick to movie based Iron Man stuff only).

Well isn't this how it usually works? You break down and order stuff online and then...THEN the one day or so later on you go to the store and find them to buy on shelves. I ordered a Sentinel/Ryu and Taskmaster/Spencer set off the TRU site on around Wednesday or so and today I went to my local TRU for the heck of it and found the shelf full of three sets of Sentinel/Ryu and three Taskmaster/Spencer. For the heck of it I bought one extra Sentinel pack. Might as well have two off it along with my two Sentinels from the older Marvel wave. The Sentinel is pretty awesome, but so is even Ryu.
