How far south? Burlington-Cherry Hill area. Not willing to go much further when they're online. Hope you have better luck than me though!! That Cherry Hill TRU is a wasteland. Same also holds true most times for Burlington. Good thing I work near the Lawrenceville store. That place has worked out well for me more times than I can count.

I picked up Doom/Reed and Thing/Torch today. Last ones left at the ol' reliable Lawrenceville TRU. From the promo pics I wasn't really keen on these, but they are actually pretty rad. Doom looks ten times better with the actual collar piece under his hood instead of it just being painted on. He may be my favorite so far. Reed is a passable upgrade. Not too much to say about him except that I'm glad his strecthy torso piece was included. Torch looks great with the mix of translucent and painted parts, and of course his base is one of the best created so far, so I'm always glad to see it thrown in for flying characters. My least favorite coming in was thing. I hate the skinny arms big guys, and the awful Ultimate Hulk elongated torso, but with a few minor adjustments he's really cool. I mashed to the brow as far down as it would go to make him look more menacing and less goofy. Then I pulled the boots down so that they matched up with the painted black boots underneath. This gives him proper proportions and makes the horrible torso not so horrible. A bang-up set so far. Looking forward to finding the rest.

In case anyone in NJ or PA is still looking, there's 4 sets each of HB/GH and LJ/BB at the Lawrenceville TRU on Route 1. They are spread out between the collector's aisle and the general superhero toys aisle.

TRU Lawrenceville. Rt 1 South. I plan on checking there again after work. If I find anything Ill let you know. I stopped looking there after I got my last Lockjaw and HB sets. So there's less competition from me at least.

If Diamond would just do the right thing and pack army builder together I'd probably have 10 or 12 of each. As it stands I have 7 AIM agents and just 2 of everyone else, except the Sentinel which I sold off both of. It was hard enough getting rid of the extra 6 Bucky Caps. I don't want to have to do the same every time I want to build an army. PACK THEM TOGETHER AND YOU WILL MAKE UNTOLD RICHES.

I know that minis are limited in height due to contract restrictions, but I'd love to see a Juggernaut and Rhink with using the heroes pack Hulk bulky chest and thicker arms and legs.

Found a Warpath/Angel set today. I'm torn about keeping it considering we're likely getting an X-Force Warpath and i won't be buying the X-factor box set.

Grabbed the Molecule Man/Spider-Woman set as well as Spidey/Electro. Man is that mask on Electro thick. Almost ruins the mate with it's Mardi Gras mask proportions. Spider-Woman is a great update though. I'll be trading her off along with my old Thor when the new one hits.

Man, I was on the fence about Hulk, but after seeing the pictures I can easily skip him. Just awful looking with that horrid thick black lined torso and boxing glove hands. I would rather that they gave him the torso piece from the recent Doom/Hulk two pack and gave up on the effort to make him 3". Without the ability to use that larger body type it's not worth trying to jury-rig large characters from smaller mates.

Count me in for the old school Ultimates Hawkeye look for two reasons. First he'll match the Ultimates wave that just came out and second, the new version looks like a reject from Image's WildCats.

If you don't mind a little painting use Deathstrike's. It has the perfect shape for Chen Lu's toga.

Eh. Captain Marvel and the Beyonder are full of win just based on fleshing out the marvel U. Spider-Man is so tired as a minimate that of course I don't like him. And Doom gets a big meh. We just got another one in the Villains set. Not to mention this look is a one off that won't really fit with any other mates.

I am so happy that Minimates are still knocking it out of the park wave after wave. After quitting Marvel Legends, DCUC, and a few other lines that dies too early(comic Hellboy), Minimates are the only thing keeping me a toy collector. That being said, these mates all look so good that I'm even excited for X-23. The only way they could be more perfect would be for Marvel to loosen their height limit restriction on minis so we could get a Titanium Man using the 3" minimate body.

I don't know how I managed to miss this in my excitement for the figure, but does Red Skull not come with a Nazi officer's cap? Really not looking forward to buying a Blackhawk/Sgt. Fury set just to get a hat if that's the case.

I agree that Ghost is the goods, but i like the new costume so much better than the old "Taskmaster-Lite" version.

Freehold NJ? Yeah. Should have thrown that in there. Sorry to any of you regular Freehold hunters. i was out there for work and stopped in on the off chance they had Bullseye/Moonstone.

Hey-yaaaa! Found the Bullseye/Moonstone set and a couple Cap/AIM packs today in Freehold. Every single figure except Moonstone is amazing, and even she isn't that bad, just plain. I forsee myself owning about a dozen AIM agents by the time I'm done. Anyone need 11 BuckyCaps?

You wanna talk MIA?? Okay...anyone here who knows me knows who i mean already. Jean effing Grey But that's another story. Honestly, i can't stand the new Thunderbolts. Give me a two-pack with Zemo and Songbird and i'll be content with the line-up we have. The new ones...not so much. While i'd kill for a Yelena Belova, i'd rather her just be a single release, maybe with new Natasha-Widow. The others?? Not for me. Add my voice to the chorus that wants classic T-Bolts. A Mach I, II, III or IV mate would be possibly the greatest toy ever. Zemo wouldn't hurt either. You'd figure with the relative obscurity of a lot of the mates we've gotten so far, some of the Bolts would have been made by now.

These waves are pretty damn cool. The only problem I have is that I'm gonna end up owning fifteen Iron Men and Sabreteeth just to build Skrull and AIM armies.

Wow. Who woulda thought these were going for more than cost? There's twelve of them on the pegs of a local FYE marked down to 3.29.

The only thing that stinks about this set is that Iron Man is using the Apocalypse boots from Series 19. He'll be way too tall with them.

My opinion that is backed up by the fact that wave 23 is awesome, is that wave 23 is awesome. I knew the Cloak and Dagger were coming for about 6 months now, but Spymaster, Nova, War Machine, and Gamorra are so out of left field that I'm blown away. I can't wait to get my hands on these, and to find out what's coming up in later lines. Even though the movie lines aren't my bag, I'll grab a Mark III Iron Man for an Extremis version.

I got lucky today. Found one for about 4.85 shipped on Ebay. Just keep looking. There are some out there that won't kill your wallet too bad.
