Maybe Luke is just better

Maybe, for Magneto and Prof X, they can give us a generic outfit and both actors' heads, reducing the mates by 2, at least. They could then be packed with the army builder, whatever it may be, at 2 each per case like with ASM. And as much as I hope for new characters to complement other waves, I can just as easily see getting "updated" versions of all the characters we already have and NO ONE new. Fixed that for you

This ^Also, replace the Negative Zone with wherever it was the cannon fodder came from in Marvel's The Avengers. And said cannon fodder for the bug/cybernetic army. And of we see a GotG2, expect Mr. Pym's cybernetic alter ego to make an appearance! And I want to see either Ricky Gervais or Andy Serkis for Rocket Racoon. Accept no substitute!

For DofP, I want to see Patrick Stewart Prof X and Ian McKellen Magneto, to go with the X3 mates. Anna Paquin, Shawn (or is it Aaron?) Ashmore and Ellen Page would be great too. Darwin and Banshee, along with another McAvoy, Fassbender and Lawrence to complement. That would leave two spots open for new/other characters/villains. Personally, I would love to see Rose Byrne get a mate too. I would be fine with just a TRU wave for Wolverine: Logan/Yuriko (Desth Strike) Silver Samurai/Wolverine Mariko/Yashida Viper/Hand Ninja This may be too many females though.

I started with Annihilation/Annihilation: Conquest. Great intro to "modern" Cosmic Marvel (Nova, Heralds, GotG, Thanos, many, many others). Have yet to read any original GotG though.And I have a feeling A/A:C will be a template used for the GotG movie. EDIT: Because of what I read, this is the team i want the line up to use.

I asked about these today at my TRU. She looked up "Minimates" in the system and the only Marvel 2-packs were the wave 14 ones. Based on the 1600 or so at the distribution center, I am thinking these (wave 15) will be on the same item number as 14.

Still nothing at my TRU today. I wasn't expecting anything since trucks come Wednesdays currently, but a guy can hope, right? I did ask about these, though, and had one of many helpful employees look them up. Nothing scheduled, but she did put them in as an order to ensure arrival. *Hopefully* On a related note, for those Marvel fans, while I had her looking, I asked about Marvel 15 and it looks like maybe 15 will be on 14's skew number. 1600 or so at the distribution center. Compared to 480 or so for BB.

I dunno, a short-packed set of Hulk and Juggernaut in cool alternate looks, who were part of a major Marvel crossover event, AND help complete a team? I'm sure they'll do as well as Karma and Magma. Or Boom Boom and Rictor. Ummm. I have multiples of both of those still on the pegs at my TRU. And the one near my grandmother's; and that one has really poor mate stocking. Hopefully they do better than either of those I am all for this set as I love the Fear itself mates, even though I have yet to read the story. And I do hope to see multiple cases, too, so I can get enough to cover my international friends.

Oh, and can we get a Loki hair piece to match his appearance in The Avengers??Unless the ear color is off, the "Best Of" wave 2 Loki has the hair piece you want.

If you look at the first page, "wish list" was added later. This is as good a place as any. Besides, what if it comes true? Then we would have to move it back. You realize, of course, that this could be said about half the threads in this forum?Thor 2, wish listing at this point. 49 and then 51 started as wish listing. You forget that DST has learned since the DC mates. The new preferred case break down is: 2-3-3-4 or 2-2-4-4 You want three sets? Buy 2 cases. Luke and a couple others are the only ones getting god cases these days. And only rarely are the TRU waves evenly packed, very rarely. Hopefully the new break down allows for more longevity to the line than DC got, although this new break down doesn't have a great track record either: MvC SFvT BB (hopefully we'll see more than one wave)

Luv this. And I have another clarification of those 12 characters for IM3: How many of these characters are variants of the same guy? Specifically how many of these 12 are just variants of Tony/IM? Or Rhodes/War Machine?

So, an update to an update: Today I got a cancellation notice for the third Morgan set I ordered. You know, the one they sent and didn't notice? Yeah free Minimate 2-pack! Boo TRU inventory control. No wonder they have issues telling what is in stock and not. :shrug: So my UPS guy hand delivered my box today. Box was in great shape. Minimates inside look near perfect packaging wise. Plenty of bubble packing inside to prevent jostling.And low and behold, I got what I ordered! 4 Lori packs. 4 Michonne packs. And not only the 2 Morgans that shipped but also the third I had ordered. Occasionally TRU.com gets it right-ish.
