gambitron
This show is great so far! I love having shows like this that my son likes to watch and I can enjoy as well. I really liked the portrayal of Hawkeye.
BannersID
I agree hawkeye has been well done, in fact I really feel all the characters (even the villans) have been very true to their roots in the Marvel U
TM2 Dinobot
I think this is what you could call a "JLU-Buster". Also, WASP! XD
minimadman
I think this is what you could call a "JLU-Buster". Also, WASP! XD It's ok no where near as good as JLU.
karamazov80
I don't know if it is comparable to JLU just yet in terms of quality (though it is the best thing Marvel has produced IMO). But in fairness, Bruce Timm et al. had been working on quality DC cartoons for over a decade by the time that show came out. They had a great system in place, and had no doubt learned how to make a good cartoon in the intervening years. Brad Redfield
New interview is out with Joshua Fine that has a few interesting tidbits: I’m in post-production on Season 2 of The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes right now... Well, even if the show is somehow canceled, we'll be getting 52 episodes. And... As far as what I have been working on—our biggest stories in Avengers are yet to come. Case in point, we kick off the new year with a massive three-part Kang storyline that I hope will leave a lasting impression on fans for years to come. Once you see it, I think you’ll be wondering how we’re ever going to top that. But then we do! :o

Punctuation can be your friend. Please befriend him. Ok so I watched all the micro-episodes and current except for this Kang episode. I really like this cartoon and I really like how Hawkeye is portrayed. Jan/Hank thing is kind of creepy. Brad Redfield
Amazon has listed some DVDs for this: Volumes One & Two with a release date set for April 26th. Looks like we're getting 6/7 episode discs, which kinda sucks but its better than the 3 episodes-per-Disc format that Sony was going with for Spectacular Spider-Man. TM2 Dinobot
Yeah I was still waiting for the complete second season of Spectacular Spiderman. I guess I'd better just swallow and buy the 4 disks of season 2. :/ This is... wow. I have trouble believing how amazing this show is week to week. I barely know any of the tertiary characters outside of Spiderman (secondary in some cases), so it's fascinating to learn them.
undeadpool
so anyone know whats up with the avengers EMH? there hasnt been a new episode in a few weeks
Brad Redfield
New episodes are coming. Disney XD just seems to be holding off on them. There's seven episodes left for season one. They're also in post-production on season two, BTW.
MINI_MYTE
Do any of you know if the 20 micro episodes will be included on the DVD?
Brad Redfield
Yes, they'll be on the DVD. The micro-episodes make up the first five episodes of the series. It goes: 1. Iron Man is Born 2. Thor the Mighty 3. Hulk VS the World 4. Meet Captain America 5. The Man in the Ant Hill Then it goes on to the Breakout two-parter. All of this should be on the first volume considering the listed run-time. Edited February 17, 2011 by Brad Redfield
karamazov80
You guys figure they'll go straight to the season box sets, or do as WB tends to and release lame single disc DVDs with 3 or 5 episodes for a while before getting around to it?
TM2 Dinobot
They've already confirmed DVD sets with 6 episodes each. The only question now is if/when they'll do straight seasons. I thought season 1 had 52 episodes?

TM2 Dinobot
I shall wait with you, but I'll be watching the smaller DVDs on Netflix when they come out. BTW, I don't think I've mentioned it lately, but Wasp? FTW. Edited February 17, 2011 by TM2 Dinobot
BannersID
I think what Disney/Marvel currently have contract for is 52 episodes stretched over two seasons
Brad Redfield
For those of you who want something closer to a season set, you might be interested in the Canadian release. It has the first thirteen episodes in a two-disc set. Check it out! Edited February 24, 2011 by Brad Redfield

Yeah, I bought the metal case wolverine and the x-men dvds from amazon.ca, and they play fine. It's all region one for the US and Canada.
