Unofficial AFX Marvel Boxed Set Poll: Round one!

Here's the thing about "90's X-Men" designs, though (since it's the front-runner in the polls): We already have Archangel, Colossus, Nightcrawler, and (sorta) Rogue (a jacket would cement that "sorta"), and are getting Gambit, Psylocke, Wolverine & Sabretooth. If Bishop had a goatee, mullet and neckerchief, he'd be "90s" as well.

So, in order to not get (more) doubles, they'd have to give us ones like Cyclops(yes, please!!), Jean or Storm.

I voted for it, so I'm not complaining, I'm just saying the figure choices would have to be carefully made if they will actually give us such a set.

Wow, only 8 members are interested in Excalibur? I guess it is hard to tell what's really got a following around here, instead of just the perception of a lot of interest...

It got my main vote, since having AFX specifically request it is probably the only way DSTChuck will ever approve a Captain Britain mate...

I was one of those 8! But, yeah, I want Cap, Meggan, (blue puffy sleeves) Kitty, and anyone else but another Nightcrawler (if there's people out there who don't have him, he would be easier for them to get if he were re-released in a 2-pack, not another exclusive boxed set like the first one was).

I'm just noticing that none of the numerous X-Force sets on "the list" include Mr. Sensitive, Anarchist, Deadgirl, etc., and no X-Statix option. Seems like this should have been there, but. . .I didn't ask for it, so I can't complain.

However, if there was ever an artist's style that fit with Minimates, it would be Mike Allred.

Looks like Excalibur & Age of Apocalypse are ranking reasonably well. If Either of these do get made into AFX box-sets this year, i'll be pretty freakin' chuffed!

Yeah, yeah...I meant doubles like giving us 3 slightly different Tiger Stripe Wolverines (though, the last one - Wave 28 - is the best). At least the 90's/Jim Lee versions of Storm or Jean will stand them apart from all the others we've gotten. Cyclops, too; though, to a lesser extent.

Love for Howard is stronger than it first appears....I believe he is a constituent member of three listed 'teams' -Howard the Duck,Defenders & Savage Tales.

Maybe one day we'll see a Howard/Bev two pack. Although I think the best way of getting him would be in a box set with more popular characters
