Got my zombie prize! Thanks, Lurch. Unfortunately, he's had some trouble getting along with the other figures.

How much money did you guys put into this? What was the total if you wanted all of the minimates?

If I can suspend my disbelief enough to be ok with zombies walking the earth, I can suspend it enough to allow for Rick to survive his zombie-surrounded coma (as well as all of the other massive damage he's taken since).

Squirrel Girl with tiny, unarticulated minimated squirrels as accessories. (They could re-use the mold for Cinderella mates)

It's also probably unrealistic that he was in a coma for months or whatever and then just got up and started walking around. Wouldn't he need some physical therapy or something?

And honestly, are there enough unique figures to carry a line? I can't think of any characters that DST could use past maybe 1 or 2 four-packs.

I just got the 3rd Thundercats set and there were 2 stands behind Grune. C'mon, DST! Get it together! Nobody wants your extra stands!!!

I thought Chuck said that you might do at least Will Robinson. Is that not a possibility at this point?

Adorable. Love that shirt too, Shane. My daughter went as her alter-ego, Cheerio, her own creation. She gets a new power every time she eats Cheerios. This was her at NYCC.

I agree that Cap's look is iconic and I love that look. I just don't think it translates to real life. I've never seen a real live human in an accurate cap mask that doesn't look ridiculous.

Is that a venture brothers reference? If so, is it a secret hint that venture bros mates are in the works?

I guess you're right, but to me Steve Rogers is Captain America, with or without the mask. Maybe it's just because I never really liked the look of the mask in the movies as of yet. I think dropping the mask and going with the commander Rogers look is the way to go. I'm a big cap fan and I love the classic look, but it never translated well into live action. Even in the avengers he spent a lot of time mask less.

"Who doesn't want a Man-Thing? Everybody loves a good Man-Thing!! And now, while I wait for the inevitable comments on that..." I'd love a Man-Thing! I'd have it on display all the time! I'd probably end up playing with it too much though. I'm done.

There's still a Mr. Negative set at my tru. Used to have a lot of galactus's but they disappeared a little while ago.

Never read the books, but I enjoyed the first movie. Surprised by how dark it was. There's potential for some visually appealing characters, plenty of weapon accessories, and alternate outfits. I'd take vehicle pack with a chariot including Katniss and the other dude on fire.

I don't understand how "sandman got the nod in this set over Ock" if they're both in the set.

What? Screw Europe! America should be front and center. The northeast in particular.

The only control art that I've seen with the source zombies were for the Hershel box set. I'd love to see more source stuff. Even the article in TWD Magazine didn't identify all of the zombies that we have so far.

I used to have to buy two separate Daredevils if I wanted him to have glasses...2 miles in the snow...or something.
