It's a cool set! The Blackbird build was fun but I was a little disappointed that they included two previously release X-men in different costumes (Wolverine and Magneto). It's just the second x-men set in 3 years and there are SO many other characters that could have filled those slots without even needing new pieces.

If the goofy looking Phoenix Buster IM won a slot last time you almost have to assume he's one of the four this go round. Didn't we see the protos at SDCC for the TRU AvX poll winners?

I agree, unless there are some cool new designs for season 2, I'd rather have Netflix characters since they are more hero based.

So what's more likely, we get mates for AoS or for the Daredevil/Luke Cage/Iron Fist/Jessica Jones Netflix series?

Yes, my Now GotG are works in progress at the moment. I'm having a hard time getting Gamora's skin tone, hair and the area around her eyes to where I like them. Groot is going to be a tough one, I'm planning on using a Lotr 2.5 body as the base. I'm also in the early stages of doing the Now Uncanny X-Men Stepford Sisters since they have all changed to unique looks.

I used Havok's from XFC and didn't quite like it as is. So I used some fixit sculpt to add more body to the top to make it look more like her. I think it definitely helped.

Almost done with the Aussie Uncanny Tempus. I just need to put on the stripes on her arms and legs:

The mask part slips over a standard lego head so it's about the same size as the Iron Man lego head.

Yes it is, I'm going to tone down the collar height and probably sand down some of the front stuff. But for the most part it'll work.

I'm starting my Marvel Now Guardians of the Galaxy custom project. By using existing parts and a Lego head, my Starlord (With the new Legendary Starlord look) is already looking pretty good.

I was just checking how much it would be to get to the 2010 Xforce box set on eBay since I missed it and I'm very glad to see another Cable. Much better than the $80+ prices This set looks great!

They also showed "Team Up" discs that allow a cpu controlled character to fight along side you for a period of time. So far the team up discs shown are: Iron Patriot Winter Soldier White Tiger Yondu They also have costume discs to change the appearance of characters and add some buff (So the buff works if used on another character), they showed Iron Man: Mark 42 Spiderman: Black Costume Hulk: Grey Hulk Cap: Golden Age Movie Costume Iron Fist: White Costume (I think?)

Wolverine was in the original trailer so here's hoping they do an X-men Playset, I guess a GotG playset is also likely since they were in that trailer too. This was in the press release: Playable characters will include Spider-Man, Nick Fury, Iron Fist, Nova and Venom with additional appearances by White Tiger, Black Cat and Luke Cage. I wish White Tiger was a playable figure since they need more than BW as the only token female super hero. Found this pic that shows the GotG also:
