  1. I have no issues with all characters being a similar scale, and love the look of the new Sentinel. Despite having never read DOFP, I'm still very excited for this set, as I don't currently have a Mystique.
  2. I rather enjoy the Lego blind bags. Usually I just hunt down specific ones for my kids, but I did grab all 16 of the Simpsons ones for myself. If the minimate license is one I'm interested in, I'd probably just order a case. I suspect that feeling specific parts through the bags won't give away which figure is inside nearly as easily as Legos.
  3. Awesome, the more zombie sets the better. The original run of Marvel Zombies was what attracted me to minimates in the first place.
  4. Wasn't really interested in either the TRU or LCS sets until I saw the movie last night. It was far better than I thought it was going to be. I'm definitely in the hunt for these now.
  5. Carl looks good, and the flaming zombie is terrific. I'm way behind on the comics but more WD minimates are always welcomed.
  6. Zero interest in seeing the movie in theaters, but the movie mates actually look quite appealing.
  7. It seems ironic that a movie that's trying so hard to cram too much stuff into one film has a minimate wave that looks quite simplistic and bland.
  8. Grabbed all four this afternoon in SW Washington. So much easier to find than Marvel Wave 18 was.
  9. Apparently yes, I've never seen one in person and he rarely pops up in my searches on eBay. Not a big enough draw for me to drop any serious money to get him though.
  10. Starting to think I'm never going to find the Winter Soldier set. Found all the rest again tonight in SW Washington. I'm not even interested in the Hydra goon, just WS. I imagine someone army building in my area has a big ole Bucky pile going.
  11. Those look spot on, unlike the 3.75" figures shown. I'm actually excited to grab these.
  12. Finally saw signs of this set in SW Washington today. No Winter Soldier sets though. Clearance priced too. Having an employee look up the UPC for the missing set only showed them the generic assortment listing.
  13. Nada in SW Washington yet. Lots of random previous waves on clearance though.
  14. Just saw those posted on FB. Absolutely stoked for them. Buddy Christ is a must have for any Kevin Smith fan.
  15. It's going to be really hard to talk myself out of buying two of this set. Loving all the extras.
  16. Fantastic looking wave. And I thought 16 was going to be impossible to acquire. This one will be off the charts.
  17. Struck out looking for these again in SW Washington again yesterday. So, I was quite happy to snag all four online this morning.
  18. Nada in SW Washington yet. On the WM thing, that would be a huge step backward for me. My area Walmarts could really care less about their toy departments.
  19. Wow, as a huge Kevin Smith fan, that Jay and Bob set is very cool. I'd dig seeing more View Askew characters be made in the future.
  20. Snagged these in SW Washington this afternoon. Looks like two cases were put out. Can't wait to open mine.
  21. There were at least three cases of wave 15 at my SW Washington tru yesterday. They were hanging with the Iron Man 3 display, and marked with wave 14 clearance tags.
  22. Saw the movie last night and loved it. I am even more excited to get the minimates now.
  23. This sounds like a must buy for me. Three of those are high on my favorite characters list, and well, Elektra isn't a deal breaker.
  24. Definitely digging that Tony. I'll wait to see the movie before deciding if the extremis soldier is added to the Ironman display or storage bin.
  25. I've never managed to get my hands on the original Blade or Doc Strange, so this is a perfect set for me. Any updates on the release date?
