so a while back, when my mates collection was a bit more... modest, I obtained a subway cookie case (some might say, I work there... and that the owner said I could have it), and now it's full. I keep buying mates... and dear god, there is no more room. the last 30 or so I bought are just sitting around, and it's only going to get worse! with that villians pack, and the thunderbolts pack, and all these must haves like deadpool and gambit... not to mention T2 and ghostbusters! soon my room is going to be an abyss of minimates, and I will be dragged into the undertow. so if at some point I stop posting, know it is not because of shaky internet access, it's that the mates have taken me

I get mine at my lcs. and occasional targets and stuff. I wish the minimates would come to me though. like AA should have a minimate subscription, am I wrong?

my first two pack was the BD daredevil and bullseye two pack. I saw them at walmart, and was unable to resist, as bullseye was my overall favorite comic character at the time. I saw a few others, including captain america/rhino, but none of them could sway my decision. I was bummed to find that when I went back the rest were gone. flash foward two years... and I saw the punisher and blade two pack when it first hit stores. I was like "SOLD" and have been searching for the ultimate collection ever since.

I think the iphone seems okay. buuuuuut... my cell phone is my only phone. so I have a provider who supplys me with unlimited texts and minutes for $50-ish a month. and I could NEVER see myself paying that much for a phone, no matter how much cool shit it does. the ipod touch looks alright but I just bought a new 30 gig lol, and I am not going to shell out any more money. lol. plus I think the highest gig available announced for it so far is 16, which isn't enough. I have already used more than that on mine lol.

my origins... the name comes from a band called "killwhitneydead." my name is charles, so combine the two, and BAM! it's like the marvel/DC amalgam stuff, but less epic my avatar is of a toy dilophosaurus skeleton, and wasn't even meant to be in the original pic I took, which was of an image from "the venture brothers". I don't know, I thought it looked cool and random, so I cropped it out. and messed with the colouring.

I found a job today, so that's good I start tomorrow

there are a few questionable as purely "GUY" movies. buuuuuut -40 year old virgin, totally a guy movie -grandma's boy, a nerd guy's movie -versus, it's a japanese film, absurd and awesome. CHECK IT OUT. -smokin' aces. explosions and death and comedy. see it if you haven't. -hot fuzz. funny as hell, people die, good times are had. I will think of more later

I MIGHT have found a job today, after being unfairly terminated from the one I had been at for over a year. so I have been really paniced the past few days. I am really stoked to have a new... assuming that I do. other than that, good stuff... my girlfriend is saving up to move here, so we should be living together by october then we will have another member here, as I plan to drag her down into addiction with me =)

me too =) I own like 6 pairs lol, some slip ons, some not. man, i saw this sweet pair down town at this skate shop, had this crazy chinese art on it. they were only like $50, but they did not have my size they were slip ons 6 pairs, that is mos def keep that awesome minimates collection and vans collection coming I HATE when that happens! every time I see a super sweet pair that I just HAVE to get, they don't have anywhere near my size. oh, and I will keep both going steady I do really need some shelves though. I have some really awesome figures I want to put up, but I just need to buy shelves. I guess if I spent less money on dvd's... I could get some shelves.

I was wondering the same thing. I mean, if you've read the series, there really CANNOT be any gripes at all about the extra spidey/wolvie variant now floating around in circulation, because they are two of the main characters. I really need an ash to make him fight my zombies =) and maybe some marvel WEREWOLVES! Well, main character or not, it doesn't change the fact that Wolverine sucks. The fact that he's getting only 2's and 3's seems to back that up. I haven't got my hands on the mates yet, and he doesn't look that great in retrospect. but initially I was hearing alot of griping about ANOTHER spidey/wolvie. given a good share of it wasn't from anyone on here... I just finally was like "!" haha

yeah I would love for the surfer's board to have a peg. I don't want to use some other junk to make him stay on, and using a lego block or something would make it look bad.

JESUS man! that is way overpriced. I would go to like 15-20 solely for thunderbird though, if it was if good condition. I want him soooooo ...I can use him as warpath
