Oh my, i think i just came a little bit That Cable is the Cable i have been hanging out for since we first got that skinny old man with no detailing back in wave 11. An awesome new kitty to replace the Farrah Fawcett haired thing we got in wave 13 (yeah - i know this kitty has big hair too, but it's appropriate this time. Joss Whedon Kitty should have had a pony tail. This kitty looks like it re-uses storms 'Puffy Sleeves' - another great touch! MADROX!!!!! X-Factor is one of my favourite books at the moment. I love that we are getting him! Hope he has a slightly neater looking face though. Cap B means there is room for Megan in an Excalibur Box Set! (Megan, Phoenix, New Nightcrawler & . . . oh dear. who will take the 4th place now that kitty has been done?) Blue Angel is my favourite costume he's ever worn. I'm glad we are getting him. Hopefully X23 means we might get a few more X-Force (C'mon on, make Domino!) BlackBolt & Marvel ought to keep a few fan boys on this board happy. I'm loving Yellow Jackets design (even though i haven't read much of him as a character) I welcome any Villain that gets made - so i'm quite chuffed about Titanium Man! True Dat - i was kind of bummed when the X-Men wave features skrulls as the army builders over, say Hellfire Goons. Keeping it 'in the family' like this (a mostly X wave with X army builders) makes me a happy camper. Seconded. He's costume is accurate - but his hair & face are a little off. He's generally a little more clean-cut looking. Not so swarthy & unshaven. Although he has been facing a couple of personal crisis’ lately, so maybe this is meant to represent 'dark & broody' Jamie?

As NorthRaider & Lobsterman have already mentioned: It's a bit hard to believe that Beyonder was voted into the set over Storm. Unless every voter on the TRU poll was a total fan-boy, i can't really see how such an unrecognisable character made such a huge leap in numbers. Unless casual voters on the TRU page thought he was some kind of Michael Jackson tribute???

So why the F*CK did i bother voting? Sorry about the anger there, but i thought we were getting Captain Marvel, Storm & Molecule Man? I wondered why the Toys R Us poll results weren't being shown to voters. I'm starting to think that the poll was announced at the Toys'R'Us to make sure certain characters would be included even if the AA poll didn't see them get in. I guess i should be thankful that Wolverine didn't end up in here too! Here's hoping that a second box-set see's the release of Molecule Man & Mohawk Storm.

Not sure what the deal is in the States, but i used to work for a TRU in Sydney (Australia), and 'new toy day' was everyday. We got a shipment of stock between 1 and 3 times a week & it was distributed though out the store each evening after closing. So theoretically, there would be new toys on the shelf each day.

True Dat! Lobsterman has helped me out with exclusives & gone above and beyond in helping out desperate members on here before. Couldn't have happened to someone more deserving!

One IM/AIM set & 3 Rulk/Ska'ar sets. No-one liked the Rulks it seems.

I'm not a big enough SW fan to know all of the smaller players . . . but i can say that your custom looks BEYOND professional. Really impressive. Kudos!

Wow - i mean really WOW. My problem with DC has been that almost all the toy lines released seem to focus on having Batman, Superman & wonderwoman somewhere int hem at the expense of another character that was essential to the storyline. Having said that, i am STOKED to see so many of the characters from Blackest Night being released. I'd love to see a but perhaps he isn't playing as big a role ni the cross-over as the lead up seemed to indicate.

Hey Richie Cunningham, I'm sure you & your wife Oprah will love the MMMV. I'm also a bit of an eBay watcher due to joining the MMMV quite late in the game. Sometimes it's possitively painful (especially when you get sniped on something you've been following for a week), but it's totally worth it when you stumble across something you've been dying for at a bargain price. SHILL! Honestly, as happy as I am that TRU carries Minimates now, the fact that they're releasing new characters as exclusives there is pretty much a kick to the nuts for us overseas guys. Wave repacks and Stealth Iron Man I could take, but Union Jack? Moonstone? Agent Zero and Silver Fox? I mean, if it weren't for the Multiverse helping out with these then we'd otherwise be in a screwed position right now. Is it wrong for me to wish some of these characters would get rereleased in a regular wave someday? Amen - Boy From Oz here and without the kindness of borad members - i'd still be pining for Silverfox, Agent Zero, Union Jack & Wonderman too. But it seems that they were a lot more readily available than the Bullseye Moonstone pack . . . Well - my LCS finally started getting MiniMates in again. The Bucky Cap/Red Skull wave just showed up out of nowhere. Here's hoping the trend continues and we eventually find Australian TRU's carrying MinMates too!

I watched Moonwalker all the time as a kid, every shool holidays! I've already been sent about 5 or 6 joke emails about his & Farrah's death's. People just couldn't wait, i guess. They were both kind of Icons to me, and i'm a little sad. R.I.P. to both of them.
