I was going to start a post, but I waited for someone else instead. This kinda sucks, I'm sure DST will show anything new on their site(like they've done in the past), but now we have to wait until NY Comicon and SDCC for any news.

Almost finished. I need to sculpt and paint the " bottom" of his mask(the excess after it's tied off). Did a Question(Vic) using the Doc Brown coat from the BTTF2 set. I'm going to get my digital camera working this weekend and start posting my pics soon.

Looks great, I did this too. I added a Justice Lords Superman crotch for some extra detail. Lego Aqua Raiders sets has little harpoon guns, the hand grip needs some trimming.

Yeah - ouch! I just took a nearly $60 hit for the BSG-4 & ST-3 sets... Same here. I like the fact that everything is coming out now, but I wish they would advance notice like DC Direct when they move stuff up. I was going to use the $$ for other things, oh well.

Previews' list has them both shipping this week(Mar. 5th). Ugh my wallet hurts.

What about the super-hero squad from Hasbro.

Well I sent my e-mail begging DC Direct to continue Minimates, but I'm not flogging a dead horse. I can accept that the line is done. I've made a concious effort to just customize the hell out of the "rest" of the teams, and some villians to satisfy my need.

A BD Wolverine would be good in a Dark Phoenix box set. You could re-issue some of the older X-Men mates.

I have a "battle-damaged" Wolverine already. I threw a regular Wolvie out my window and let a couple of cars run over it.

I'm very happy, the more obscure characters the better.(It shows DST's willing to take chances). THE best thing about these waves--- NO Spidermans or Wolverines. :biggrin:

This kind of reminds me of the giant freeze gun used in the Batman:animated series.(Sorry for adding another use for the gun.)

I'll throw in my support too. The DC Minimates(and Marvel too) are THE MAIN mates I buy. I would be very disappointed if these ended already(8 waves only) :tongue: . I love the DC cartoons, this is the best way I can get these characters.

I found one for about $15. Now if the mail man would just hurry up. When this post went up, I went to e-bay and found one for $9.99+ S&H. $18 for this was a good deal. The box was open, but everything was in the bags. This goes great with the transporter PDF. I'm going to start this as soon as I set up my new customizing table...(and finish some customs).
