I believe that the heads do come off, someone on here removed the Cybermen heads and stuck them to a minimate body. Anyone who can shed any light?

Then theres the 5 packs (at least you know what you're getting, and the invisible man is in there too) $16 a set. They had another playset too, which I think was about $20.00. Love the Monger and love Michael Jordan even though he's not really my thing. And YB, the ONLY sports celeb I would want in this scale is Mohammed Ali, although they would struggle to hide joints etc. They both look amazing.

Managed to get both sets. There was literally a line for Hawkeye this morning. As per my note in the LOTR thread, I got extras. If people are after them, let me know and we'll sort something out, but would appreciate a donation to my charity.

Amazing collection pics everyone! We picked up the Rudolph set (Rudolph, Santa and Snowman) in New York to be part of our Xmas decorations and they are great. My girlfriend is after the Wall-E and EVE, and id love to get them for her for Xmas. Does anyone know if they're a Disney Store exclusive or something? Also, we're at Disneyworld next month, does anyone know if they sell these in the parks? If they do, my case may be going back overweight!

I think ive said this before, but my only gripe with this line (difficulty of attaining the TRU exclusives aside) is the packaging. I started getting minimates because, from Marvel wave 3 onwards, I could open up the package, enjoy the figures and then put them back in their box and they still felt complete. I really dislike carded figs, and have done from when I was a kid. I'm not sure what it says about me (any psychologists on here?). So with these, I need to buy two of everything. One for play and one for keeps. My normal waves are ordered, but the exclusives will be expensive for me if I am forced onto eBay. It's a point I raised with Zach at NYCC and he gave me a look as if to say 'that's our plan, we want you to buy two of everything, and we'd have got away with it too, if it weren't for you pesky kids and that dog' before running away.* *note; that last part may or may not have happened.

Thanks for the heads up! And as per your note earlier in the thread about a UK supplier, Chuck said that he thought Forbidden Planet would definitely be carrying them. But they always carry minimates... I would love for TRU to be carrying them, but I don't see any sort of 'adult' collectibles (stop sniggering in the back!) in my local TRU. The TRUs in the US are whole different barrel of fish, and they seem to be much better at the whole Exclusives thing.
