Surprised DST went with Karen over a Hand Ninja. A few extra weapons/pieces to give the Hand Ninja different looks would get them multiple buys.

Chuck seems pretty set on TOS-era, so good luck in getting anything but that offered to retailers. I guess he believes the new movies are TOS characters so they have the best chance of selling or maybe a combo of that and personal preference. He does kinda skew toward older choices as his favorites. Personally, I think some of the ideas that members here have come up with, in regards to multipacks and blind bags, have a much greater appeal and chance of success than DST's conservative offerings.

Plenty of new "human" characters that could be made. - Shinigami - Ninja April - Kari foot soldiers (look like Hand Ninjas) - Foot elite (just chromedome design w a new hat) - Super Shredder- not shown yet but looks like some version is coming. (Hope he doesn't knock a pier onto himself?) Tiger Claw, Fishface, Rhazar & Fly Baxter are present as well.

The minimates based on the new film are doomed to clearance sales. The movie's run in theaters is almost over and the merchandise that's been out before/during the movie's run hasn't sold well. It's going to be way too late once they are released. I'm worried TRU will scale back minimates if these and the Alice minimates (waaaaaay too late) are both duds. At least around me the X-Files, Muppets and Predator Series 2 are all not selling. Add in two more and that's a lot of peg warming product.

Yea, it's over a year away but the SDCC footage leaked and who's front and center in the footage...... the twice cancelled Hogun & Fandral! So I'm starting the campaigning now: Hogun & Fandral for the Thor:Ragnarok line! The chances of comic-versions are practically non-existent, so this is our last chance to complete the Warriors Three in some form. I know Zach is a Warriors Three fan as well so, hopefully he's reminding Chuck to get them made this time.
