Not really, I'd already ditched all the Avengers books apart from Nu New. The X-books aren't lighting my fire anymore with the X-ception of X-Factor. But I've been picking up more and more DC books since Blackest Night. Love the Marvel Universe but I really resent the Disneyfication of it. (apologies for off-topicness).

I know I'm in the minority, but I really don't like these variants. Tron has nothing to do with the Marvel universe. It bothers me that Disney is using Marvel to cross market the new film like this. Don't get me wrong, I love the film, but this variant campaign is leaving a nasty taste in my mouth. I'm even considering ditching the few Marvel books I still buy because of it. Kneejerk reaction for sure, but the only way I can vote is with my wallet.

Meggan Kurt and (I'm the) Juggernaut (,Bitch) are all superb, but that Cap B could have been a lot better.

Speaking as a member I won't bother going to look at the price guide if someone states they're using it for prices. Nor will I bother reading the rest of the post, regardless of what's for sale. Our trading rules state that prices should be posted. If a member wishes to use the price guide prices that's fine, but they need to put those prices in the post.

Wave 24 Spider-Man & Venom ,Wave 28 Deadpool & Wolverine . Exciting To be fair BHM, there's a lot of people missed out on Deadpool in wave 28. I'm really pleased to see them getting another chance at grabbing what is at present a stupidly overpriced minimate. I will be very disappointed if Marvel Minimates disappear from the speciality market in favour of Toys r Us though. Or Rictor!

Just to be anal, waves 3 & 7 had 2 each in them. I think the only thing wrong with DC mates was that they were controlled by DC Direct. If DST had handled the line, I'm convinced the line would still be going strong. And we'd have already had Superman Blue, Superman Red, Superman Reborn, The Batman of Zurr En Ah, Gotham by Gaslight Batman, and The Composite Superman/Batman.

It's been discussed in the past but is too open to abuse for us to put such a list into practice.

I'm just doing pics for the wave 33 Minimates Central review, and the packaging very definitely says Sentinel/Rachel Summers (for the variant) and Sentinel/Rachel Grey for the regular. There's no mention of Marvel Girl or Phoenix (as a character) on the packaging. The retailer is totally in the wrong. Have at him!
