I've more or less completed it now purely doing it single player, Its perfectly enjoyable single player, more so than the L4D series. Its fantastically short though if you stick to the main quests, explore and do the side quests and theres a good 30 hours in it just doing one play through with one character.

I'm waiting for one last mate to pick it up then four of us will be going through it on CO-OP though :D

(Its basically Borderlands with zombies to be fair)

Cool, I'll check that one out when I can manage to find a good sale.

Borderlands was fun, looking forward to the sequel. Rage looks a lot like Borderlands too, I'm hoping the console version turns out well, but I am a little worried that all of the video I have seen is from PC's running high-end graphics cards. My days of upgrading the PC to play the latest game are behind me.

I mostly play on the 360, my gamertag is 'Lurksalot' if anyone wants to add me.

Wow, Rage is one of the best looking games I have ever seen on a console, and it runs at a great smoothe framerate! ID really impressed with this one. I am only an hour into the game, but having a lot of fun so far. Definitely check it out, if for no other reason than to see the bar set higher for console graphics!

Well youbastards, since you mentioned high graphical games,I Will say one too,Battlefield 3: I played bad company 2 for a full year,so obviously I had a great time, but,I have to mention;I did rage a couple of time b/c the cod noobs,Trying to quick scope me,and spawn targeting, especially in the first spawn, whenever I did spawn I died instantly almost every time!

At the disco has a song in it,with an awesome Hugo strange part in it,But I can get the song when it comes out on iTunes here in canada

I'm so frackin behind on my games thanks to projects around the house. I'm still on the first Gears game trying to find that last COG tag before I move onto the rest of the series. Now Batman: AC is coming out and I'll behind on playing that too :pinch: Gotta love it. Have to find my slip for my preorder at Best Buy and pick it up in the next week or so. Have to assume they won't sell out of the game

Not sure what the GOTY Edition has, but I've downloaded most of the DLC from the first one. Hopefully they do more than challenges with AC. I chose Best Buy for the Robin DLC and it came with the Catwoman DLC. Some of my friends actually got something free to download too, like music or a movie. Not me though

I don't normally get too excited about games, but Arkham City is a masterpiece. It is a little short though. Always takes me a little time to adjust to Batman after having played as Selina... she is incredibly quick, and so different from Bats, really adds something to the experience. Just a shame you can't take Tim into the main city.

I had convinced myself to not bother with the new COD and opt for Battlefield instead, but after seeing so much of MW3 is set in London, I'm well and truly on the fence again. Shame, COD just keeps getting worse and worse, not an ounce of realism.

EDIT - I did very much enjoy the online beta though Shanester. The map with the underground station especially.

Anyone playing Battlefield 3 yet? Just curious as to how folks like it so far.

Well I loved bfbc2,and hated mw2 because of the maps, but other then that I liked it.So I'm on the fence about getting either one,I know I will have a great time with bf3(because the beta was great! But not on a great map for ex:no vehicles, lots of deaths at spawn. But on the flip side mw3 looks like it has great maps, and I know all my friends are getting it.

But what do I choose over the 2?Saints row 3 of course!!!!

I'm not sure when I'll pick up BF3, I still need to play the first 2 that have been sitting on my shelf. I've always enjoyed the MW and COD franchise though. Not sure if I've picked these up through a friend or through the store. I haven't done too much multiplayer on them though. I got tired of just getting sniped whenever I spawned. Not a fan of folks who camp, unless they are in fact the sniper  I'm a little blown away with folks coming down on AC being a little on the short side. I guess I haven't noticed because I'm also playing the side missions and the simulations. Plus, I'm going back and forth between my consoles. So one is ahead of the other one. Much like Mass Effect 2, I don't find this a short game and it is well worth what I paid for it

I wish I would have preordered Arkham city with TRU. I love that 1970's skin. now i gotta wait for the dlc.

Between Batman Arkham city and Infamous: Festival of Blood I haven't been playing much of anything else. Arkham City is easily my new favorite game.

LOVE LOVE LOVE arkham city. I hope with the next one they integrate more side missions with different characters like they did with Catwoman this time around.

on another note, anyone wanna be psn friends? :D

I got Arkham City myself yesterday. Awesome, just like the previous one. In hindsight, I also should have pre-ordered to get one of those skins early. Looking forward to playing as Neal Adams, Dark Knight Returns, and Animated Bats.
