Since therer isn't a "Modifying DC Minimates" I'm gonna throw this out here. I've looked through the data base for answer but not sure if shades will match correctly so I was wondering if anyone from personal experience/collection knows if there is any minimate with a left arm that matches Lobo's skin tone? I was thinking about the B&W Turtles at first since I like the muscle detail which would go good for the Main Man but not sure. Zombie Kingpin was another i was pondering. Pretty much just want a quick pop & swap for a double bare arm look.

Does anyone know how well Warhammer 40k stuff scales with minimates? Mostly interested in knowing about the vehicles.

After this weekend with the addition of Captain America to the game it got me thinking about if Fortnite minimates would be a decent way to bring in some new revenue to the mate cash box. The game has plenty of unique looking characters plus all the crossover stuff the game has done with other franchises like Marvel, DC, John Wick, Stranger Things, Stat Wars, NFL & other sports means there is plenty of stuff to pull from for source material. Anyone think this would be a good or bad license idea?

I'm glad this was a wave with designs/parts I liked since I now own 2 sets. Went back to my LCS today for books & found out he had these in now. I felt guilty like I had betrayed the sop fornordering onlibe so I guilt bought another set to feel like I maintained my loyalty to my LCS. ? After that he still had 3 full sets left so if anyone wants them & can't find them or Luke's shop runs out; lets me know & I'll go back & snag them to help someone out.

I looked through the database & may have missed it but does anyone know if there a a newsboy cap type piece for any mate?

I thought about that since I actually bought multiples of the sets with 1MB.C.GR & the animated GR for parts but they still seem a bit off to my eye for some reason. I did use a spare BC flame along with other parts mixes from various mates to make a classic Ketch GR & really hope we get it in colors other than just yellow & the one time blue for more custom options. It is great for upgrading older figs flames or adding extra wham to fire types. Also I noticed when I opened all my sets that Darkhawk's lower arms are very loose on mine. Hopefully it is a one off thing & others fair better but just a heads up for folks.

Just got my full set in from Luke & loving them especially CGR. Kinda wish the dome & head flame were a little more transparent than slightly frosted like they are but still looks amazing. I'm hoping we get the head flame sculpt in the same color as his chain at some point to give Dormammu a better flame upgrade.

While I like Guardians, the selling main selling point for me was Cosmic Ghost Rider. We need more Spirits of Vengeance & related characters in mate form. Also, how can you not like a powerhouse that not only has the Spirit of Vengeance powers topped off with the Power Cosmic? Plus learning his origin & who is behind that flaming skull makes it even better. Definitely recommend that people check up on his books.

Welp; my LCS doesn't have them or even an ETA so luckily Luke's shop is around to take my money. Lol

Has anyone seen this in the wild yet? Preferably in or near Ohio? Want to make my first post-quarrantine purchase at my LCS but don't want to waste his time if they won't have them ( especially since the last time he told me that if i wanted minimates ordered i had to buy the whole case.......)

@DSTZach Are the flames on Cosmic GR going to be transclucent yellow or are we getting a new color for that mold such as orange or red?

Might be a stupid question but does anyone know if a minimate head can be safely drilled to add a peg hole for head accessories without the head splitting? I haven't tried it before & would rather not destroy a head.

Personally, I really hope it is not Stealth Iron Man & that it is Yellow DD. We've got a bunch of Iron Man mates already so it would be nice to see some more mates of characters we only have a few of. That goes for any character. I would rather get mates of a completely new unmade characters or at the least of a character we only have a few mates of made. #holdthewolviesspideys&shellheads

That wave 50 Ketch technically shouldn't count as a hero since that look was based off his time as a villian in that storyline...................#notmyketch Also you said no Ketch Ghost Rider. Could that mean the door is open on another Ghost Rider still? Maybe a Blaze in his new look or an updated original look or maybe an Alejandra Ghost Rider as one of the never made females.... If it is Yellow Daredevil; he needs to come with spare parts to turn him into D-man. Make me buy two of that set.

Ghost Rider getting an update has been lllllllllooooooonnnngggggg overdue & the fact that Ketch is coming back into the role in the comics makes it perfect timing

As long as the character was as a villain at some point in their history; are they good for this contest or do they need to have been a villain throughout their whole history?

Thanks. I was looking for dark gray & that Bullseye might work as long as I can find a center crotch piece in the same shade with zipper detail. Plus it means getting more zombies I don't have. & that is a plus.

Does anyone know if there is a minimate with gray/dark gray legs with muscle detailing or any type of detailing on them? The standard style legs not the bulked up kind. I checked the database but I might have missed something tbh.

The Maximum Venom wave has made it to Ohio. I picked them up today & also noticed that the Walgreens I was at FINALLY got some new animated stock but it is the wave with the Spidey/Hobgoblin, Homemade Spidey/Kraven & Star Lord/Collector. Other than those it is still Captain Marvel & Thor:Ragnarok sets

Star Lord/Adam Warlock Cosmic Ghost Rider/Angela Gamora/Darkhawk & BAF Moondragon Those are the pairings Zach said earlier so looks like you'll end up with CGR. As for CGR's mate, I want multiples so I can keep one as is & then more for custom parts. The shoulders would work for a more aggressive looking Agent Venom & obviously the trans-chain & fire could upgrade a GR mate & depending on the color I wouldn't mind giving Dormammu some new flames.
