cdubya
These have already been released in Singapore. Believe it or not I could not wait and I bought a Daredevil off ebay from someone in Singapore. The total with shipping was $30.01. I now have the man without fear in my possession. I must say, I was excited to get this figure but sadly this figure is a dud. The articulation is good but the side view is terrible as DD's head and neck stick out too far from the body. Also, the head is oversized. The plastic is cheap and the right hand is much smaller in scale than the right hand. That is disappointing, Daredevil is one of my most anticipated fig.s from this line. Oh well, being a huge fan of all things 1:18, I will still be getting these when they come out. After seeing the shots of the up-coming "Wolverine: Origins (ironically comic inspired), I have faith that these figures will continue to evolve. Hasbro is pretty good about listening to fans' requests , so I'd imagine that we'll get better versions of some of the unsatisfying initial releases in the near-future through Comic 2-packs, Battle-packs, or some other means. I ,for one, can't wait! *Anyone want to buy some Marvel Legends?

karamazov80
Wow, those pictures are amazing! Hasbro should hire you to market their products. Agreed. Very nice. If anyone wants to see pics of the others, someone on this website got a hold of them. He is a mod on Hisstank, and said there that they are essentially the same as the Joes in terms of size and articulation, with only a difference in how their crotches are constructed, I believe. handsomedevil
Thanks for the pics, ZapZuu. Very nice work. After seeing those pics I am very impressed with the looks of the figures; however the $11 price point (is that official?) would make these a pass for me... Yeah, apart from Spidey and maybe Cap, I can't see myself spending that much on these. Ridiculous. Unfortunately, Hasbro has had some success selling Joes for $8 at some places, and selling their crappy Marvel Legends for $15, so their absurd pricing behavior has been reinforced pretty well. TM2 Dinobot
Those Fing Fang Foom shots are pure EPIC. I may get me some of the Spidey love out of here, but I just can't seem to go all out.
groundhog7s
If BBTS is selling cases of 12 for $99.99 (cases) and single for $9-$10, I don't think retail prices are $11. They're normally over Target/Wal-Mart prices on things. I think for Hasbro to sell these at $11 would be line-suicide.
ZapZuu
Thanks guys for the kind comments, Really love the articulation and paint of these figs..Can't wait for wave 2..
groundhog7s
HTS Marvel Universe hasbrotoyshop has these for pre-order with a ship date of 3/2 and a price of $7.99.
Steel72
Sorry it took so long for me to add these pics. You can see below that his DD's head is too far forward and that his feet are too small for his body. Also, there is paint rubbed off his nose. I hope the others are better. This scale does fit with others of similar size except for the Showdowns. DD does look good getting body slammed by Stone Cold.
groundhog7s
Thanks for the pics. I'm pretty intigued to see how these turn out on a bigger scale. I just bought a ton of the DC figures to go with these and I'm two pieces away from completing Fin Fang Foom for them. I'm pretty excited, but hope Hasbro doesn't strike out. karamazov80
Even Daredevil should know better than to mess with the Rattlesnake. He's about to get a mud hole stomped in him, I'm afraid. "That's a human being!"
groundhog7s
Even Daredevil should know better than to mess with the Rattlesnake. He's about to get a mud hole stomped in him, ...and he won't even see it coming.
karamazov80
On the other hand, he might get his sight back after a "Stone Cold Stunner"--the most devastating wrestling move this side of Hogan's "big leg drop."
groundhog7s
I suppose it'd be pretty easy to blind-side him with that one.
karamazov80
Yep, he would never see it coming.
TM2 Dinobot
http://www.thefwoosh.com/forum/viewtopic.p...t=1275#p1497953 Some amazing pics. Who would have thought that almost every toy line everywhere would go to 3 3/4" range? It almost gives me goose bumps thinking about it. groundhog7s
Yeah, and soon you can add Terminator and Star Trek to the list. Missing in the picture was an Ash from Palisades AoD line. I think they were planning on doing Planet of the Apes also (which would have been so cool).
karamazov80
Spidey and His Amazing Friends! I also saw today that a 3 3/4 inch Jason, Freddy, and Leatherface are coming from Mezco. I will get those. Edited February 6, 2009 by karamazov80
groundhog7s
Nice pic, but where is Spidey's left hand? I'm not sure Mary Jane would approve. I love the Marvel news and am totally ready for this line to start showing up.
Twisted Two-Face
Wow. I love the Iron Men, and i think them and the Firestar and Iceman will be the only one's i buy. Well...maybe a few Hydra goons, but that's it.
murderofcrows
these look awesome, and I love the fact there is already a mail away and a HUGE list for a choose your own figure. Did anyone else notice there was a Baron Von Strucker on that list? meaning, you could have him next to Cobra Commander...80's childhood dreams becoming reality.
