luke314pi
I spotted these in Previews, and this was the first I have heard of them: I like the style. I might have to keep a few of these for myself. I picked up a few cases and listed them in the store. I am curious to see how this TARDIS would look next to my Minimate customs.
Shamrock
I like them, but wow, Kidrobot much?
MrClean
They look like Mez-its. How big are they? How many different ones? Looks like 12 pictured on the side but I can't make them all out.
TM2 Dinobot
Do these people just copy one another?
buttheadsmate
How big are they? Just a stab in the dark but I'm going to guess ....3" ? If it weren't for my golden rule of never criticising other toys I would say something like .....[edit] Are these anything to do with Underground Toys ? It would be very interesting if they're not ! edit: Titan Merchandise own Forbidden Planet ,I'd be flabbergasted if FP weren't the UK company that apparently Pre-ordered a vast amount of Walking Dead Minimates. Can you guess what I'm hoping ? Edited July 29, 2012 by buttheadsmate
luke314pi
Looks like there are 14 different figures. Here is a pic of 12 of them: Based on the side of the box it looks like there is also a mystery TARDIS variant and Doctor variant. I added a full case option to the store. Wug@10mfH
Looks like I am going to have to pick a couple of these up from you.
WookieFodder
If anyone buys these and doesn't want their Judoon, I will buy as many of those as I can. Look cool!
Dreadnok Rocksteady
The mystery tardis variant is with glow in the dark windows, and the mystery Doc is with a blue shirt!
Shanester
I like the Tardis and the Daleks. I might have to get a few myself.
Kostisfire
I'll have to buy the daleks and the tardis.I guess the variant tardis is the phasing version.
Dreadnok Rocksteady
The torsos and heads are rotocast, while the arms and accessories are injection moulded, so they feel quite light compared to an urban vinyl figure. In the plus column though, the vinyl actually has a better finish than the resin prototypes.
Pete
These were designed by a UK artist Lunartik (Matt Jones), who also created the 'Lunartik in a Cup of Tea' figures. (below) He designed them for Forbidden Planet’s manufacturing arm Titan Merchandise. Regarding the Doctor Who figures... Each figure is 3" tall, and several figures come with character-specific accessories. Blind mystery box packaging. Series 1 Figures: 11th Doctor - 3/40 The Tardis - 2/20 The Ood - 1/20 Judoon - 1/20 Silent - 2/20 Cyberman - 1/20 Silurian - 1/20 Drone Dalek - 2/20 Scientist Dalek - 1/20 Eternal Dalek - 1/20 Strategist Dalek - 1/16 Supreme Dalek - 1/20 The Chase Figures: Cyberman - 1/40 The Ood - 1/40 The Tardis - 1/20 The 11th Doctor - 1/40 Edited January 8, 2013 by Pete
luke314pi
Lookin' good! Diamond hasn't been able to tell me when my cases will arrive, but I am guessing March since these are imported.
Kostisfire
I might buy some so I can use those daleks and tardis with my dr who customs (currently in the making). Granted I'm lucky enough to come across these figures since they use the blind box packaging. Edited January 9, 2013 by Kostisfire
TM2 Dinobot
Those... look awful. Absolutely terrible. The cup of tea guy is adorable though. XD
jjwspider
Interesting, may have to pick up a few in hopes of getting either a combination of Daleks or CyberMen.
WookieFodder
I bought 3 of these the other day at a mall, at the FYE store. 10 bucks a pop. I got the regular Ood, the chase Ood, and the regular Tardis. Tardis looks sweet,I knew it was tardis because it felt like it weighed more. I got the Ood displayed next to my 10th Doctor Bust. Would love to see more of these like all the other Doctors, Aliens, Companions.
