groundhog7s Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 Marvelousnews.com has a release that tells of what products will be released to go with the Avengers movie. Among the items are Mini Mighty Muggs (which have already been shown at NYCC), but also regular Mighty Muggs. No details as to characters, but maybe this will get the line going again. Quote
dj87 Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 I do hope Hulk isn't weary those shit coloured trousers throughout the film. Quote
DarkRedShadow Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 I do hope Hulk isn't weary those shit coloured trousers throughout the film. Oh god I hope he wont wear those, maybe the brown is just a stand in colour? Quote
Mystery Man Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 I always hoped the Mighty Muggs line would return in force for the solely greedy fact that I wanted a Watcher to go along with my Galactus. Quote
groundhog7s Posted November 21, 2011 Author Posted November 21, 2011 I would just be happy with the few they showed a few years ago but haven't released. Quote
nate_studio Posted December 5, 2011 Posted December 5, 2011 I'm with you there Groundhog. I'd love to have that Magneto, Iceman, Juggernaut and Green Goblin more than smaller versions of characters we already have. Quote
groundhog7s Posted December 5, 2011 Author Posted December 5, 2011 And don't forget the Deadpool that was shown with those also. Of course, I doubt any of those would appeal to anyone (especially DP who sems to have no fan following whatsoever). Quote
nate_studio Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Right, right. Yeah I'd love to get all of those. And did you ever see the pictures from the Hasbro art book that had Beast, Daredevil and a slew of others? Quote
groundhog7s Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 Right, right. Yeah I'd love to get all of those. And did you ever see the pictures from the Hasbro art book that had Beast, Daredevil and a slew of others? No, that's the first I'd heard of them, but it's sad that they're only in a book and never made it farther. I guess what's strange to me is that all signs pointed to MM's doing well in stores (with the exception of GI Joe and Indiana Jones). Quote
MiniFiend UK Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 yea a shame these never got made. I really like the Dr Strange one. Quote
nate_studio Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Thanks for saving me the trouble of hunting that picture down, MiniFiend! So many awesome designs I would love to have. Maybe someday... slowly. I always thought they sold well. It was hard to find a lot of them and when I did it was always "better buy this now because I'll never see it again". But now my local TRU is still sitting on a ton of Iron Man movie muggs. Even GI Joe sold pretty well here. Quote
Mattallica Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 is it just me or does Dr strange seems to be channeling Lando Calrissian Quote
MiniFiend UK Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 first time I've seen this mini mighty muggs. I think these are the avengers ones mentioned and is that Cobalt Man with Iron Man? If it is it I would love a Cobalt Man! minimate. http://www.theblotsays.com/2011/10/nycc-11-avengers-mini-mighty-muggs-2.html Quote
Zero Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Those Avengers Mini Mighty Muggs look so irresistible! How do you solve the conflict of wanting both Minimates and Mighty Muggs? Quote
Ninja Mate Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Those Avengers Mini Mighty Muggs look so irresistible! How do you solve the conflict of wanting both Minimates and Mighty Muggs? Collect BOTH! ha, well...casually collect both. thats what I did. I have a complete collection of Mighty muggs, and over 300?? minimates. just takes time my friend, just takes time. Quote
groundhog7s Posted February 1, 2012 Author Posted February 1, 2012 BBTS has pre-orders up for the new mini 2-packs and 6 Avengers movie minis. I was really hoping the movie would return to normal size Muggs and I was hoping these were going to be cheaper than they are. Quote

gambitron Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Those look great but I would much rather have normal size Muggs. I just saw that pic for the first time with the designs for Beast and Dr. Strange etc and man oh man do I wish they had made that Gambit!!! Quote
Garrison Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 (edited) BBTS has pre-orders up for the new mini 2-packs and 6 Avengers movie minis. I was really hoping the movie would return to normal size Muggs and I was hoping these were going to be cheaper than they are. These look awesome! I was late to the party on picking up the Mighty Muggs, so I feel for you guys who started to collect these at the six inch scale only to have them re-appear in a smaller size. They are still really nice though, but your right $8.99 is a bit steep. oh these... Rumor has it they will be in TRU on Feb. 5th. Hopefully the SRP will remain at the $6.99 that this poster was able to purchase these for. Edited February 1, 2012 by Garrison Quote
Ninja Mate Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 the guy who bought those said he got them for $6.99 plus tax. Quote
Garrison Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Actually HasbroToyShop.com has these on pre-order for $5.99 for the singles and $11.99 for the two-packs, however you still have to factor in the shipping cost which might make the TRU price better. Quote
groundhog7s Posted February 1, 2012 Author Posted February 1, 2012 It seems HTS has them for preorder. You can get them here for $6 each. Quote
pickle Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Saw these at work the other day. They brought back some memories I tell you what. I like Captain America, he looks like a smug little bastard. Quote
Twisted Two-Face Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Picked up Hawkeye. He's fun....but i'm not into the Mini-Muggs as much as i thought i'd be. Mighty's were great, but the Minis feel really cheap. Looks very nice though, minus a rub blemish from when the paint was setting. RIGHT ON HIS CHEEK. Ah well. May get Cap and Fury since i'm weak, but who knows. Quote
Tigertail Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 (edited) I have a collection of Mighty Muggs and I got SDCC Avengers set but I couldn't buy these, I don't know Edited April 12, 2012 by Tigertail Quote
