Firefox 2.0 is out!

Well, after spending some time with both Firefox 2.0 and IE 7.0, I am still undecided which one I like better. When I open the exact same webpages in both browsers, IE uses more RAM. However, when I start closing tabs, IE frees up that RAM, while Firefox does not. Sometimes I have found Firefox hogging nearly half a gig of RAM for no apparent reason. Despite the new tab browsing in IE, I still find the Firefox tab browsing to be easier. I also like the user-interface on Firefox better. Some pages still load incorrectly in Firefox, but that is probably more the fault of the web designer than anything.

I guess I will have to give it more time. :)

Im not sure if you use more than one PC, if you do there is one thing that will make firefox the clear winner.

Go google "Google Browser Sync"

Its possibly the ebst thing in the world ever, well that and Adblock for firefox too...

I also get Firefox hogging memory sometimes, glad its not just my PC been funny then.
